酒店外部的咖啡館在裝修，感覺不整齊。房間大，視野好，早晨豐富。缺點是接待的旅遊團太多，酒店的地毯看起來陳舊不乾淨。

Ich bin fast jeden Monat in Konya und habe schon fast in allen fünf Sterne Hotels übernachtet. Dieses Hotel war aber mit Abstand der schlechteste.
Das einzige plus was ich geben könnte wäre für die Aussicht, aber dementsprechend hatte ich in der 21. Etage kaum Frischluft, weil Die Fenster in der Höhe nicht geöffnet werden können.
Dementsprechend hatte ich im Zimmer die ganze Nacht sind 27 Grad und am darauf folgenden Tag habe ich so gerochen als hätte ich in einer Kneipe übernachtet.
Des weiteren können Sie den Bildern entnehmen in welchem katastrophalen Zustand der Mobiliar war.
Ich hatte nicht mal die Möglichkeit die Klobürste zu benutzen weil der Griff ab war.
Ich empfehle Ihnen definitiv einen anderen Hotel zu buchen beziehungsweise ein zwei Sterne Hotel zu nehmen wo definitiv bessere hygienische Bedingungen herrschen.

We visited grand Konya hotel during our visit in Middleton turkey,to be honest we werent expecting This much perfection,from the reception (check in time) till check out,There is no even single word we could complain.quality of breakfast and Lunch was 😊great .rooms are süper clean. Definitly definitly will be reccomended 🙏

The reception was a good start to my visit. The rooms are clean and tidy and serviced well. The included breakfast offers variety and generally good. Gym is well equipped, however too hot. The staff are great especially dealing with English in a typically non English speaking area. Would recommend and would visit again.

Clean, comfortable with friendly helpful staff. The gym and leisure facilities are best in class for the area. This hotel location is so good and exxxelenttttt and than when you come there can find taxi so easly guest relation Busra so kind person
