Good to stay here - professional and friendly staff, impeccable cleanliness, great location in a historical town. It is located at a 3-minute taxi ride away from the historical Safranbolu bazaar. Everything you would expect from a Hilton family hotel. They know how to make their guests comfortable and happy. We would certainly choose it again.

No comment to ambiance, that was captivating, Most particularly at night and when lights turns on of city, view was fascinating like a dream. In addition to above, we have to describe and indicate some issues about hotel as follows: We had read the reviews before we went to there, it is 5 rated as it is seen but: Of course there is no sound sealing amongst rooms, as if you are sitting together with other guests in your room Toilet and baths are all in one and quietly ancient but white and wooden accesories are disordered. Breakfast included but it might have been much more various menu. No need to stay more than 2 days beacuse you can easily finish the city tour and places to visit. Hospitality can be considered moderate, If you will only use there for bedding , i suggest you to look around for another place in case of price is suitable. I am thinking of the keeper does not consider improving disorder and improper things because of rated value and reviews. In my opinion, they should spend money in repairing and modifiying, for instance; glass made shower curtain was about to tripping over us because it needed to fasten up properly but not. Bath ( toilette) is smelling really bad but it seems unsolvable because it stems from city infrastructure besides deodorizer can be used at the bath at least. Also, since the small ventilation window in the bathroom is wooden and not fastened on the wall properly, it can easily left in your hand if you want to open it because the bath smells. One day toward the morning, room was getting cold, and water for bathing was cold then we noticed that gas boiler was out of service because of propably water leakage, then we informed keeper, later on they reoperated the gas boiler, the problem is not the gas boiler was out of service, the problem is they had already known the reason of the problem but they had not interfered before :) at least they confessed that. Such kind of problems are not so trivial to be ignored, these show the importance that the keeper attaches to the safety and comfort of customers. I hope those reviews would be considered and problems would be figured out , so we can consider staying over there for the next time.

Our mansion is located in the center of Safranbolu's historical bazaar, at the entrance of the city museum with its new name, the old government mansion. In the 19th century, houses close to the government office were more valuable. All our rooms have a TV, minibar, kettle, private toilet and bathroom, hair dryer, water and tea. In fine weather, you can have tea, coffee and breakfast in the garden of our hotel with a view of Safranbolu, while in winter months you can have it indoors, with underfloor heating and furnished with old stones, and sip your coffee by the fireplace. The entire floor of our hotel is furnished with handmade Yagci Bedir carpets, and the ceilings are decorated with excellent Safranbolu wood workmanship.

Otelde 2 günlük bir Safranbolu gezisi için konakladık. Otelde akşamları çay servisi olduğunu söylemişlerdi, ancak rağbet olduğu için bir türlü çay içme fırsatı bulamadık çünkü bitmişti. Yine de çay içmek isteyenler için hemen otelin yakınında Hacı Bozan Lahmacun Pide gibi bir restoran bulunuyor, orada taze çay içebilirsiniz. Profilimden görebilirsiniz. Otelin rezervasyon sitelerindeki fotoğraflarında görünenlerle biraz aldatıldığımızı düşündük. Kahvaltı normaldi, sıcak patates kızartması gibi bazı öğeler vardı, ancak çeşitlilik açısından beklentileri karşılamıyordu. Safranbolu'ya özgü herhangi bir şey yoktu, sadece klasik kahvaltı ürünleri sunuluyordu. Genellikle büyük otellerde şefler özel hazırlıklar yaparlar. Bu otelde böyle bir hizmet mevcut değildi. We stayed at the Dadibra hotel as a family with our 3 year old son for 2 nights, but immediately regretted not staying longer. This is an old restored mansion on a hill, which is within walking distance to the very center of the historic city, but rather far from the city traffic. An incredible view of the city opens up from almost each spot. There is no feeling that you are in a hotel, rather that you have come to your old friends' home and you are an extremely welcomed guest, it is worth noting that the owners are incredibly hospitable. Mustafa Hoca and Nuray Hanım managed to create a special a**osphere of coziness and comfort. The room was clean and comfortable, warm with all the comforts. Delicious breakfasts, with a large selection of cheeses, vegetables, a wide variety of homemade jams on the terrace with a stove and crackling coals in the fireplace. We would especially like to note the interior design of the hotel, it is thought out to the smallest detail, the owner of the hotel does everything with her own hands. Everything about this hotel seems to fit together into a perfect puzzle. Upon arrival, the owners of the hotel advised us where to dine and what to do, and their advice was not at all from the category of tourist places, we were extremely pleased. The hotel has a lovely garden where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or fresh tea with Turkish delight, soak up the sun and read a book in silence. We highly recommend this hotel to all those who want to get away from the bustle of the city and spend their stay in a place where everything is tastefully done in order to satisfy the guest. We arranged this hotel to stay on our day tour Safranbolu. We met with a rhinestone team, included breakfast price and enough. The rooms are very clean and regular, air conditioning is available. In the centre location, we were happy to leave

Hotel has nice location, not in the historical centrer, but nearby in the modern part of the city, you have a lot of convenience stores, restaurants with cheap prices, and very close to the historical part of city. Staff is very kind. Breakfast is in form of buffet, nothing special, but just enough. It is very loudly in the room, walls are completely not soundproof, and there is a lot of loud noise from the very busy street. Car parking is just parking at the street in front of hotel, so not best option, but it is. Please note despite AC is mentioned in the offer, there were no remote controller to turn it on, and at reception they told us AC is not working. Given that you can find better hotel for less money, I had bigger expectations to this hotel.
