The hotel is smaller and less organized that the neighboring hotel resorts. Parking was off site, back a small path near the maintenance and was in a public are so there is no security.
Rooms were ok, standard but worn from much traffic. The food and beverage selection was excellent, there were many separate locations to eat and snack.
Reception needs help for check in, took forever to get a simple answer.
I booked a sea view and got a side room looking into the back roads with a glimpse of the sea. The compound is a sort of an angle L shape so that we were looking onto another property.
The pools and such are close together, it’s tightly organized.
Probably the best was the choices for children including water park and slides.
Beach area was standard, boardwalk bar is great but needs some attention from staff. The one lifeguard, he was bald and dark tanned older gentleman was so kind and helpful, always had a good word and a laugh.
All in all a good stay, enjoyable staff, friendly and fast service from employees who go out of their way to help.

Just spent a week at Saturn palace, the hotel was lovely with plenty on site to keep the kids amused, mini disco each night and some really excellent shows put on. Foam party on the beach was a hit also! The staff are all really lovely and nothing is ever too much, waiters take drink orders by the pool and deliver it to you. Food was lovely too and plenty variety for all. Rooms spacious enough and cleaned daily, with towels changed twice daily if required. All in all a great trip away!

Me and my sister came here with kids and we really really enjoying, I will suggest to everyone to come here for holidays. I live in room num 8020 and there are good internet service and a good view to enjoy weather ❤️❤️❤️

Best Hotel I’ve stayed at yet. Staff were great and very accommodating. Room was lovely only one cover on bed asked for another no problem. I usually struggle with food no matter where I go but this hotel had something for everyone. Loads of sun beds and plenty to do in and around the resort. We had a whirlpool room which was enjoyable and a nice touch. Still 2 nights to go although we have a late flight so hoping for a late checkout. Fingers crossed 🤞

Had a great time at this hotel. Staff were excellent and looked after us from the start of the holiday till the end. Excellent food will definitely be back. Had no complaints with h the room or the experience food was also very good with a lot of choice.

What a resort absolutely beautiful the service and the workers are amazing they care so much about you and your family.This shouldn’t even be a 5 star this should be 10 it’s amazing I loved it here.The rooms are nice and the actives like the football pitch and the slides are amazing.

Lovely hotel very clean. Very friendly staff very helpful. They can’t do enough for you. Food is very good and food times are ideal aswell. The hot tub rooms are nice we enjoyed ours we used it every day the kids made use of it aswell. All pools are clean, the water slides was fun we had the whole family on them. The pier on the beach was lovely. Hakan at the help desk helps us very much and organised all our luxury travel. Overall 10/10

Hotel was fantastic everything you need is included inside the hotel, Hakan was very helpful arranging anything we needed both in and outside the hotel. I would highly recommend this place for a holiday and if you do and need any assistance see Hakan.

Stil one of the best hotels in the area. The new coffee corner and cocktailbar were a nice surprise after 2 years to come back here. All is clean here, every were you go. The guestrelation Hakan and his partner do everiting wath you ask them. See you next time
