hotel na bardzo małym terenie,3 budynki,3 baseny,leżaki,miejsce dla dzieci,snak bar i wszystko,nie ma gdzie spacerować,skąpa roślinność.busik kursuje na plaże-nie sprzątana,brudna bardzo natomiast jedzonko przepyszne,urozmaicone,dużo,szef kuchni,menadżerowie cały czas na sali,interesują się wczasowiczami,personel uśmiechnięty,pomocny,pozdrawiamy panią gulgang? ale spa masaże to mistrzostwo świata po 4 zabiegach ustąpiły bóle kręgosłupa ukłony dla pań nurdzan i gamze szef eyup i wspólnicy przemili ludzie

Hotel nowy ale wykonczenie poprostu złe,dostalismy pokój na 7 pietrze w budynku nr2 ,winda albo nie działa albo jest tak głosna ze nie mozna było zasnąć tak zgrzytała przy hamowaniu,zresztą nie wiadomo dlaczego dojeżdzała tylko na 6 pietro.Plaża bardzo brudna,leżaki ,stoliki nie myte od dawna,prysznicgrozi przewróceniem,pełno niedopałków ,plaża kamienisto-żwirkowa,bar z napojami ok,przekąski słabe,ubikacje brudne.Jedzenie bardzo dobre,duży wybór,bez kolejek.Napoje alkoholowe i bezalkoholowe dobre,najlepsza obsługa w Snack barze,kącik kawowy ok,co do baru w lobby to różnie,jak było dużo ludzi to obsługa stawała sie niemiła.Animacji niema,tylko raz w tygodniu muzyka na żywo skierowana raczej do miejscowych turystów.Baseny czyste,leżaków pod dostatkiem.Mysle ze hotel potrzebuje kogos kto poprostu przypilnuje standartów jakie oczekuje sie po hotelu 5*.Bylismy juz wielokrotnie w Turcji ale to jeden z gorszych hoteli.Turysci w wiekszosci z Turcji,Iranu,i Rosji...ogólnie raczej nie polecam wypoczynku w tym hotelu.

We were this hotel last year but until now i have stomach problems because foods was awful. Just first day they cooked fresh foods after that for one week they warmed all of them everyday. We poised all the 5 days. They didn’t clean room because i put my hair in the floor of the bath and at the evening i saw them there too. Towel had hygiene problem too because after trip i had skin problem.

Staff are very poor customer service need to teach customers level talking v rude over all rooms nice but it’s v difficult to communicate to staff no one speaks English

It was a huge disappointment! Almost no English speaking staff! No presence of management! I asked about the star classification of the hotel! Only lies! I have to admit that I liked very much the Spa Center! Food is like a canteen food! No quality food or drinks! Stay away from Armas Lara Hotel. Manager Eyup Oztunc is a real manager! He did all the best to make clients happy! He have a friendly approach and his English is very good! If you stay at Armas Lara Hotel, do not miss Spa! Ask for Rosa if you want a perfect massage!

Don’t know how anyone can give this place a bad review - for what you pay it’s amazing. Great helpful staff, plenty and varied fresh food & drink. Lots of couples & families. I travelled alone and the hotel was perfect for me. Please take no notice of the bad reviews book & have a lovely time :)

Loved it! Came here with my friends this summer. Service was good, rooms were immaculate. Turkey is a beautiful country and this hotel definitely lives up to it. Would absolutely come back here next summer!! Definitely reccomend this hotel if you're looking for an affordable and beautiful place to stay.
