The hotel was previously Intercontinental. However, I believe no major refurbishment has taken place thereafter.
The hotel staff were helpful but still had less idea on how to manage the peak rush hours during the holidays.
Rooms are big and spacious but the washrooms are very old style and needs change.
Food had variety but no taste and was cold the staff had no idea that the food is cold and not enjoyable.
I would rate an overall 3 out 5.

Nice place for a quick trip to Al ain. The hotel and infrastructure are a bit old but nicely maintained. The place is a bit isolated but the amnesties are good.

It is a nice hotel of the Danat chain, hotels of this chain guarantee they do not disappoint you. But the biggest weak point of this hotel is the room is not noise proof at all. This place is family friendly considering its nice pool area, and the very reason makes this hotel super noisy. It felt like I was sharing a room with a whole family.
Still, this hotel is nice in that its staff are very nice and accommodating, its pool area is nice and spacious. It is small but clean, and I liked its balcony too -- you can see Jebel Haffeet snaky road from afar. Its worth the money.

At night bathroom wc was coming more leakage water in the moment we call reception to send one guy for urgent maintainance we repeated calls for 5 times to reception ,maintainance guy came after 45 minutes afer all my room and outside corridor became like swimming pool We supposed they will change our room they didnt do it and also no any apologization about it and we stay all night in wet floor

I am glad to find such a wonderful hotel with such a great customer service , its always a warm welcome by the staff . Big shoutout to Maysa who helped everytime with his great support from check in to checkout . She is awesome , Maysa is a women who is committed to his work and has passion what she is doing she is a gem 💎 for the hotel management. Thank you all

It was an amazing experience we had in Mc gettiingamse.. the team is very accommodative .. special thanks to Michelle, Sunil and Navameeth… thank you guys… even they provided food from the room service which is an exceptional case as the outlet kitchen was closed… kudos to the team. Will be back for sure ..
