I cannot, nor would I want to, fault this special place. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the accommodation spacious and very comfortable. With far reaching views to the surrounding mountains, this hotel was the delightful venue for our yoga and relaxation retreat. The food was excellent in its variety with a feast of textures, colours and flavours. The two pools were well maintained, the Hammam a fabulous experience with a variety of treatment options. A wonderful, rejuvenating holiday

A beautiful hotel with lots of courtyards and comfy corners and a fabulous pool. Rooms were massive and super showers. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good. Had the impression from the photos that the hotel was overlooking the snowy Atlas Mountains but the hotel is orientated in the other direction - you can see the mountains from the back of the hotel but the pool and bar area look over a flat desert landscape. Not a bad view at all but just not what I had expected! Found that the prices of food, drinks and massages were expensive compared to other similar places in Morocco and there is not much option in the nearby area to eat elsewhere. We were also disappointed that we had been given a total price for our stay when making our reservation but were then told the the calculation had been done wrong and that the price was actually substantially higher - he split the difference of this price discrepancy with us but it wasn't very professional. Overall it is a beautiful place and with plenty of nice luxuries, such as thick, huge swimming pool towels and beautiful scents in all the rooms and we had a very relaxing time there.

Tout est conçu pour permettre aux clients de se ressourcer et d'oublier le tumulte de la vie quotidienne. Déjà l'emplacement de l'hôtel offre une vue imprenable sur le paysage avoisinant. Ma chambre était spacieuse avec une grande salle de bain, décorée et agencée dans un style berbère. J'ai apprécié les fruits prédécoupés et le jus d'orange naturel servis au petit-déjeuner. Le personnel très discret s'intègre parfaitement dans le cadre zen de l'hôtel. L'hôtel offre un service de navette gratuit pour se déplacer au centre-ville de Marrakech.
