When we first arrived, we were accommodated by Ms. Nada in a very excellent customer service she was very attentive and very firnedly which we really appreciate it. Upon check-in in the room, here are the issues: • No big towels provided – we just understand maybe room service miss out checking all the amenities. We just ordered and they provided immediately. • The telephone is not working – we ask for assistance which we inform rooms service but they just ignored us. The worst part- I was checking the pool the gym even the spa center to check if we could use during the night. When I finished checking and comeback to my room the card is not working so I thought of double-checking the room, maybe I just forgot the room and checking my friends if they are already ready to go out. Mr. Sherif the room supervisor approach me in a very rude and unprofessional approach. He ask me that is not allowed to roam around the area I replied to him in a nice way telling him I am checking my rooms and just came from the pool. His facial expression is look angry and almost speaking to me in a harsh tone, I raised my voice asking him why seems he is spying on us which I am not doing anything wrong just double-checking my room. He told my room number and he opened for me but it was wrong. I understand their protocols maybe not to disturb others but this should easily communicated to us in a very professional and respectful way. Mr. Sherif is very rude and does not even showed that he is fit in his position he need to be trained in customer service to improve.
