The place was very clean and the hosts very friendly and helpful. For the price it was about as expected. The neighborhood is very busy, but being near the airport was good. I would probably stay here again if I was by myself.

We arrived and the hotel did not room for us, even when i already booked and paid for that. Since it was too late (the flight arrive late) i was not able to find another hotel. Finally i found one at 2am paying a rate that not make sense but i have two kids and i needed a solution. I am totally frustrated. At least i expect that ******* return my money soon.

This was perfect for my basic needs of an overnight stay. Simple and friendly check in, comfy bed, good WiFi, and nice breakfast.

I had no idea what to expect of this property or area. When I arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful but there was no food services at the hotel. Breakfast was a 4-5 blocks away at another hotel. The bed was comfortable but there was no fan.

Vi havde en enkelt overnatning efter en tur i Tortuguero , før vi skulle hente vores lejebil dagen efter. Hotellet ligger i centrum af Alajuela tæt på lufthavnen.
Det er et billigt budget hotel.
Søde ansatte , men de taler ikke et ord engelsk, vi klarede os med enkelte spanske gloser og en del Google translate. Der skrives en del om støj på hotellet. Det oplevede vi ikke. Til gengæld er der en ringeklokke, da de har 24 timers reception. Den vækkede os 2 gange i løbet af aften/nat. Der er brød, frugt og cornflakes til morgenmad. Vi kunne godt bo der for en enkelt overnatning igen.

Nous étions 5 avec un bébé dans une petite chambre avec le minimum mais c’est ce que nous cherchons dans ce pays. Une dame exceptionnelle a l’accueil et qui s’est occupé de notre petit déjeuné. Rapport qualité prix parfait
