the hotel is ok. New and well cleaned. But the man who sits at the reception at the day knows nothing about customer service. Most likely he is the owner or manager. He gives you the feeling that you are not welcome. He doesn't talk to the guests, doesn't say hello, only looks at you and isn't interested when you ask questions. He did this to all the guests. We just wanted our stay to end because there was a strange a**osphere in the hotel. the rooms had poor insulation. and it was difficult to find parking. the hotel is located in a narrow street. The only positives were the boy who worked as a waiter and the boy who was on night duty at the reception.

I found this hotel on line by chance. I am so glad I stayed here. This is a beautifully designed, family run hotel in an excellent location just an hop from the beach.
Everything is clean, new and fresh and well thought out. The whole team are wonderful, and most of all kind. Turkish hospitality as it used to be you will find here :)
The lady that runs the housekeeping is fabulous and speaks English very well. The bar team go out of their way to help.
Overall for me it was the little things that meant the most. A kettle in the room, cushions for your balcony seats, and please try the latte coffee they make at the bar, it is served in a nice sized cup, not your usual standard hotel tiny cups. Breakfast was fresh and delicious too.
Would I stay again? Absolutely, I will. It's a perfect recommendation for friends and family coming to Alanya.
If I could give them more than 10/10. I would :)

The look of the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The young girl on reception is especially lovely, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, issues were- opposite our room they are building a new hotel complex and every morning early was banging which turned out to be them putting tiles on the new pool they’re building, the breakfast was not self service and it is ‘forbidden’ to bring even a drink from the outside into your hotel room, our mini bar was not restocked when cleaned so unless we purchased from the bar downstairs we wouldn’t have been allowed to bring any drink or food into the hotel room. I’ve never heard of this before when travelling so was a little strange. I understand they’re a small business but one of the main things we usually do on holiday is bring snacks and drinks back to our hotel room to sit on the balcony.

Thank you for a wonderful holiday. A beautiful hotel. Very clean. Welcoming, friendly staff. Very convenient location. We recommend staying here.We definitely recommend visiting this hotel. Nice screensavers. Cozy a**osphere. Not noisy. The sea is nearby.

the location is good and close the beach breakfast was good hotle was very clean . staff are good especially mana in reseption, is really kind and helpful (excellent) we enjoyed staying we highly recommend to everyone .

The place is clean, quiet and great for relaxing ❤️ in the center The people are very nice in dealing with customers👍🏻 The food is delicious I recommend visiting it I wish everyone a nice holiday🌷🥰

Normally this is an adult only hotel, while making the reservation online, such information was not provided therefore we were able to book for 3 people, my wife and I and our 5 years old child. It was handled very well once we arrived at the hotel and they have recognized that such info needs to be updated on their website. Kudos! We fancy the hotel. Spacious room, I reckon the decoration looks Aztec or African, so unique, we love it! Well mannered people, from guest to Staff. We did not have a bad experience at all. Breakfast was top notch! Fresh and quality. We have chosen this hotel because of the location, just 2 mins walk to the beach and few mins away downtown. It was my first time in Alanya, we didn't want an all inclusive but a place to sleep and to be able to wandering around downtown, Cleopatra beach and the red tower etc... However the experience at Oji gave us more than a place to just sleep.. It was enjoyable.

It was absolutely an amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Location is right across the beach. Getting to the city centre is easy. Room we stayed was spacious, and clean. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Shower and bathroom was spotless. The staff were amazing and helpful. They let us check in early which was so helpful as we were really tired. Mana at the reception was extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious with great Turkish pastries, cheese, olives, fruits and more. Will definitely come back.

It's been an amazing visit to Oji Hotel. The staff are extra ordinarily friendly and accommodating. We had a beautiful, comfortable and clean room with balcony. Comfortable bed with nice beddings and amazing breakfast in the morning. Mana at the reception has been amazing through our stay. Thank you so much. Oji will be my regular stop
