Kameralny hotel blisko centrum Alanya, przytulne pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Dobry wybór dla lubiących zwiedzać. Pomocny personel, dobre jedzenie i drinki. Do plaży Cleopatry jeździ busik, chociaż spacerem jest około 15 minut. Polecam wszystkim na wypoczynek.

Byliśmy z żoną przełom lipca a sierpnia 2021. Hotel nowoczesny i dobrze wyposażony. Świetna lokalizacja, hotel ma swoje leżaki i parasole na plaży, na którą może zabrać nas bus o 9:15 lub 9:45. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, aczkolwiek śniadania mogły by być lepsze. Na całym terenie hotelu czysto i zadbanie. Największym plusem hotelu jest załoga. Wspaniali ludzie, trudno wszystkich nadmienić. Pierwszego dnia warto wybrać się do hammamu gdzie wspaniale się nami zaopiekują i można zrelaksowanym i wymasowanym;) zacząć opalanie i pobyt w Alanya. W barze fantastyczny Ahmet oraz Sereh i Yasemine. Do tego cała załoga kelnerów na restauracji, kucharze jak i Pan który zajmuje się sprzątaniem obiektu i basenu. Jedynym minusem to może to że przez cały okres 8 dni housekeeping nie wymienił kap którymi się przykrywamy, podmieniając z jednego łóżka na drugie, jeżeli chodzi o uzupełnianie to bez uwag. Reasumując polecamy hotel Ramira Joy wszystkim a dyrektorowi hotelu proponuje podwyżki dla załogi, bo oni tworzą klimat który powoduje że chce się tam wrócić!!! Marek i Jola

Od zameldowania do wymeldowania najlepsza możliwa obsługa. Personel był bardzo przyjazny, szczególnie pan EFE, który robił wszystko, co w jego mocy, aby pomóc. Pokój był bardzo czysty, doskonałe jedzenie i wspaniała obsługa. Gorąco polecam ten hotel i na pewno idź tam jeszcze raz

The hotel was wonderful, the room was clean and new, the Air Conditioning worked very well, the WIFI was excellent, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The food was amazing. A very large spread with many different things to choose from each day. I would have loved to stay twice as long if we could. We truly had no bad part of our stay here. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, friendly staff. I had my birthday whilst here and they arranged a cake, bubbles, balloons and a gift. The team all sang happy birthday and made my day special. The owner was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, in fact from the moment we arrived, everyone made our holiday special. There is a shuttle bus to the beach and the beds and parasols are free. The food is excellent and there is a good range to choose from. Lots of guests we met continue to visit each year. We will be returning too! ❤️

Very good hotel based in the city center, they offer shuttle service to the cleopatra beach, the food was tasty and the variety of food was great. The rooms are nicely decorated and the hotel service is nice and helpful. We also tried the spa services and I can highly recommend to anyone who is looking for some good massage and chill.

Had a great stay. Only booked 2 nights to try it out. Extremely clean hotel. Nice staff that always offered a smile. Great fun in the bar and nice selection of all inclusive drinks. The food was also very nice!

We have been at Ramira Joy several of times, and every time we are so amazed and pleased by this hotel. The hotel is very tidy and clean, the rooms are modern and elegant, the staff is friendly and warm, the all inclusive concept is excellent (we have never had so variated and delicious food in an all inclusive hotel). The pool area is big and it’s not a daily struggle to get a sun bed, the location of the hotel is great with a short distance to the beach and city center. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
