The front staff detvice is ok. The hotel tricks cutomers with advertising wifi and breakefest ammenities but non of those are free. You have to pay to use wifi in your room. When arrived to our room it was only half eat stocked with towels and toilet papers. Had to go downstairs and ask for more. The room was clean and hotel location was good. Overall experience was bad. I would not recommend this hotel.

This was our second trip to Tac cleopatra, definetly we will come back again. Big thanks goes to all staff very good service and delicious food. Ramadan is wonderful person and has best service !!!

When we arrive in hotel, they give us terrible room, dirty, dusty... but when we talk with staff they change our room... wifi is free in loby area, for rooms wifi you need to pay ( 1day - 3$ per user) .. Air conditioner is not free, it is 12$ per day per room... food is ok, dinner was pretty good, but breakfast is boring, almost every day same thing... also you need to pay for all drinks at dinner... Pool was nice and clean... Staff was polite and nice, English level very low

The bed sheets weren’t so clean, there wasn’t enough bed covering for everyone. The kettle was very dirty, we had to pay extra to get the air conditioning to work, no free wifi had to pay for it.
Staff where friendly.

Toplamda 9 gün kaldığım taç otel tamamen yabancı müşteriye odaklı aynı ücreti ödememe rağmen ikinci sınıf misafir olarak görüldüm. Oda temizliğini giderek yüz yüze söylememe rağmen temizlenmedi. Havlular eksik yatak berbat yastıklar kokuyor çarşaf değiştirilmiyor. Yerler silinmediği için terlikle yere basmak bile uygun değil. Yabancı misafirlerin odaları her gün düzenli olarak detaylı olarak temizlenmesine rağmen. Resepsiyon ilgisiz ve alakasız. Mütevazi düşündüğümden ve uğraşmak istemediğimden sorun çıkarmadım ancak bir daha Asla bu otelde kalmayacağım. Kimseye tavsiye e**iyorum.
