Ark Apart and Suite Hotel

Nie czekałem na nic z tą ceną, więc jest to pozytywne, ale jest wiele rzeczy do zła i muszą to naprawić, jeśli chcą, abyśmy wrócili. Jak już powiedziałem cena jest dobra, a all inclusive jest tani. Ale hej, to jest hotel dla dzieci i obiecane przekąski i lody za darmo. Lody oferowane są codziennie 11-12 i 14-15. Przekąski można dostać 14-16 i codziennie jest inne menu. Jedynym problemem jest to, że w menu jest tylko jedno jedzenie, burger lub pizza. Ale hej, ta pizza jest dobra! W porze śniadania, obiadu i kolacji jest cały czas ten sam bufet sałatkowy. Niewiele się zmienia w przypadku żywności. W niektóre dni robią jedzenie w grillu na zewnątrz, ale nie codziennie. I zwykle jest to tylko jedno jedzenie, takie jak stek z kurczaka. Wygląda na to, że ten hotel zbankrutuje z powodu covid i nikogo to nie obchodzi. Pracownicy palą dym w barze i restauracji i są jak na wakacjach. No i oczywiście są zasady i wszyscy brytyjscy turyści je złamali, a personel się tym nie przejmuje 🤭 Drobne poprawki i ten hotel może być świetny, ale teraz jest jak śmieci

Spotkałem tu tak wielu wspaniałych ludzi i rodzin. Personel był niesamowity i nie mógł zrobić dla ciebie wystarczająco dużo pokoje są ogromne i czyste, a personel rozrywkowy był świetny z wnukiem pinokio jest tak zabawny, że wszyscy mieli ochotę na gry polo wodna jest koniecznością zjeżdżalnie są świetnym pluskiem świetny hotel rodzinny mam nadzieję, że będę tam ponownie Następny rok

Nie mogę nachwalić personelu Ark Suite - od momentu przybycia do momentu wyjazdu mieliśmy wyjątkową obsługę. Sprawili, że nasze wakacje były niezapomniane. Pokoje są ogromne, przestronne i utrzymane w czystości. Baseny są wspaniałe, rozrywka była dobra. Wszystko było cudowne, ale jak powiedziałem, jedyną rzeczą, która nas wyróżniała, była obsługa personelu. Nic nie było zbyt wielkim problemem, sprawili, że czuliśmy się mile widziani, absolutnie zachwyceni moim 1-letnim siostrzeńcem, którego mieliśmy z nami i byliśmy tak uważni na jego potrzeby, jak i nasze. Nic nie było zbyt wielkim problemem. Wieczorem mieliśmy wyjechać, nasz transfer na lotnisko nie pojawił się. Byliśmy zestresowani, martwiliśmy się, że spóźnimy się na nasz lot. Noc przed kradzieżą mojej karty bankowej podczas posiłku w Alanyi, więc nie mieliśmy możliwości wypłaty gotówki na prywatny przelew. Personel baru uspokoił nas, zadzwonił do naszej firmy transferowej, abyśmy spróbowali to uporządkować, a kiedy wiedzieliśmy, że się nie pojawią, jeden z barmanów zadzwonił do swojego przyjaciela, który wykonuje transfery na lotnisko, i kazał mu przyjechać po nas , upewniliśmy się, że mamy odpowiednią ilość gotówki i całkowicie ułatwiliśmy to, co mogło być katastrofalną sytuacją. Wyszli poza siebie przez cały nasz pobyt - bardzo dziękuję i na pewno wrócimy w przyszłym roku :)

Been home a few days now, and it's the first time in a while I actually said "I don't want to go home" and "I want to go back" When we were due to fly out we were all nervous because of the mixed reviews, however on arrival we were warmly greated by the bar staff and the reception staff who were very friendly. The pools are a nice size and clean, the water slides are great for kids and adults. The slides are only open certain times. The staff are far from rude, they try to engage with you and are very hard working and friendy. We were made to feel welcome straight away. The entertainment is a little repetitive but it's OK everyone still seemed to enjoy themselves. The food was a real worry for us as we booked AI, people need to remember this is a 3 star hotel when commenting on the food. There is plenty of fresh salad daily, then you have slow cooked meats, burgers, fish, mash, creamy cabbage, chips, rice, pasta , chicken nuggets. Breakfast I found to be a bit hard at first as I'm fussy. There isn't an English breakfast, there are a good choice of cereals. Sometimes they did have chips on at breakfast time which I found strange and broccoli, how ever I just had toast with jam every morning and I was happy with that. Some of the others from my party had egg on toast, they do pancakes and omelette outside at breakfast time aswell. Overall the food was fine and always managed to find something we liked. The rooms are lovely and spacious. Nice big balcony. The air-conditioning is an extra cost but it helps massively. We were told only one key but we managed to get another one. Our transport failed to pick us up and we were a party of 10 travelling back, the bar staff and pinocchio bent over backwards trying to help us, they found us the cheapest transport to get us to the airport and told the Drivers to be quick as we were going to miss our flight (we made it by 5 minites) then they messaged my son to check we got our flight. They really looked after us. I'd also like to mention we booked our trips through the rep at the hotel, who is more expensive than nasa Tours, we only did this as he told us that nasa Tours and other ones you book through would take longer to get there as you have to stop to pick others up ect...and with him it's private so just your family will get picked up and taken there. However this wasn't true and we ended up sharing, which we didn't mind but was annoying to be lied to so just keep that in mind when booking. Over all we had a fantastic holiday and was sad to return home, Recommendations ; Pirate boat trip Jeep safari and I recommend getting water guns, so much fun for all. Private yacht Moods restaurant Have a fantastic holiday, don't listen to the negatives and go with a open mind :)

Just returned from a 10 day stay at this hotel and we had a fabulous time. We arrived at 3am and was offered a drink from the machine and there were bottles of water in the fridge. Our bags were taken to our room which was very spacious with 2 bedrooms. The room was on the side of the road and although the traffic can be heard it didn't disturb our sleep. The air conditioning does cost 10€ per day so you need to budget this into your holiday, we were a little concerned at first as air con unit is only in the main living area but with bedroom doors open it does circulate around the whole apartment. The food is plentiful with a cooking station outside during dinner offering a freshly cooked choice. We went with children who always found something to eat, like chicken nuggets and chips, as we were all inclusive, they also had the choice of having burger and chips or pizza and chips during snack time too. We didn't always go for breakfast as turkush pancakes are cooked daily so we often chose this option when we git up. Nothing better than a pancake and coffee to start the day. The entertainment was fabulous, Pinocchio is great, he puts on pool games, darts and games during the day and quizzes, karaoke and a fire show during the evenings, he works so hard and is worth his weight in gold, they also have a turkish night with dancers and a belly dancer. The bar and restaurant staff were welcoming and friendly, they kept our drinks topped up and chatted often, very nice people. We did tip the workers as we definitely felt they deserved it. We would definitely return to this hotel, the main town costs 200tl in a taxi but prices are high around the harbour area, there are a few little cafe and bars around hotel but not many, however a lot of places to offer free pick up/drop off service. Also if you plan to book trips the hotel rep charges high prices, ask around and you will get alot better prices.

We came on holiday this August for our second stay at the ark suite hotel. We can honestly say we were not disappointed the staff here are amazing and go above and beyond for you, kerim,zeki,harkan, pinocio,kadir and the rest of the amazing staff we just want to say thank you once again for another fantastic stay at the ark suite hotel. Don't listen to all the negative reviews this hotel is a gem of a place...the cleaners do a brilliant job and the reception are lovely so helpful! There is always something to find to eat and I have two little fussy eaters! Can honestly say we didn't want to come home and will be returning again next year!! And we can't wait ❤️🇹🇷

My son has autism and adhd. He picked the Mic up and said 1 word wasn't offensive or disrespectful. The cancelled the full show the man who was in charge shouted at him infront of all the people in hotel then everyone shouts at him and boos him whilst he was in tears ... very disrespectful! They say its a family hotel but yet discriminated my 11 year old son infront of everyone he ran away and yet they thought this was OK....

Whilst the staff are very nice and interactive at this hotel, there are some big negatives here. On arrival the staff member took our cases and was very keen to help us to our room. The lift in our section holds about 2/3 people. Bless him, the lift was stuck on level 6 so he ran up and came down in it beckoning us all in…. 5 of us and 2 cases and carry ons. We handed him the cases and said we would walk up, he clearly was bemused and said no please come in. We walked the 6 flights. The Hotel is backed onto a motorway so any rooms facing this have constant traffic all day and night. The pool towels are not changed unless you are here for 2 weeks. After 7 days my children had ice cream and sun cream stains on them. I was told they couldn’t change but to speak with a chief who I never saw. The bedding isn’t changed regularly unless you ask for this as well. 38* in day and 27* at night. My wife and I had one glass of red wine with our evening meal 2 nights running but it ran out and after 3 days was still not replaced. The staff kept acting like it had just ran out. You have to pay 10euro a day extra for air conditioning which is a must. The apartment was big but our air con unit was in the main lounge so bedrooms were. Little harder to cool. Pools are lovely and slides are great
