We were have been here for a week in May. Food, service, music, and people has been great. The hotel is 3 star with 4 star service so we will be back for next trip in Alanya as many other guest has done it. Thanks specially to Mr Huseyn Bac was the best.

Food was fantastic, the Hammam was amazing. The staff so friendly. The bad was the music was played over and over and rubbish music. The wine was awful and undrinkable. Also so much plastic waste with the water. Only had 200ml cartons. If you don’t like cats stay away, there are about 50 roaming around everywhere. We loved them.

We stayed here for a week, i had a look through reviews but i ignored them (stupid of me) the food is okay not much to choose from it’s only a small buffet, we had people coming around the pool all day every day trying to sell us things, we had a sun bed for one day as people save them AT NIGHT for the morning, spoke to reception about it and they didn’t care, staff don’t really know english, not many english people stay here we were the only ones all week, the rooms arnt too bad just smaller than advertised, our aircon didn’t work properly either, the wifi what i paid for dosent even work in our room, we actually had our sun beds taken when our towels were in them, they threw the towels into the bushes next to pool and didn’t speak english so we couldn’t understand them, it has about 4 bars but only has 1 open so there is always a massive queue, my fiancé lost his phone next to the pool and staff/reception were no help what so ever they didn’t care at all if you ask me, if you want someone quick and easy this place is for you, it’s not a long walk to the pier, bar street and markets but other than that i wouldn’t stay here again or recommend anyone to stay here.

I can't understand the negatives here. I could not fault the hotel at all. Lovely, large, suite style rooms. Very clean and housekeeping popped in every day. 2 swimming pools and there were always loungers available. All public areas were kept incredibly clean. Friendly and helpful staff - a couple of lights were not working in our room and the maintenance man replaced the bulbs within an hour. The food was excellent - always loads of choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner. A very good location too. Free shuttle to the beach and only a short walk into Alanya town centre. All in all, an excellent stay and I would definitely go back again. Slightly poor wi-fi in some areas but who cares, you're on holiday!

Just came back from an amazing stay here. We were a group of three people with no children but felt very welcome and comfortable. The hotel is amazingly clean and the rooms. We stayed in block 2 which was really lovely had it own swimming pool, bar and sun beds all very clean. The staff are all very helpful and even at the end of there shift will still help. Our room had two singles which was really well maintained and clean. The bed was very comfy I wasn't to keen on the pillow HOWEVER this is personal choice. The food was amazing and tasted really good. We are already looking at booking to come back next year but longer. The spa and salon are really good too.

Where to start the positives, the location is good as you can get out and about. That’s it! That’s where it ends we paid for an upgraded room the room was old tired and really poor if I’m Honest. Customer service was rubbish food was shocking cold poor choice. Avoid at all costs we ate out nearly every night on our 2 week stay. Defo one of the worse holidays in Turkey we have had

Honestly don’t understand the bad reviews. I was a solo English traveller and yes, there are not many English people that stay there but.. does that matter? All staff were incredibly helpful, smiley and knew enough English which was great. Sun loungers do get taken by about 11 as people come and put the towels down, but I’m sure that happens at every hotel! Short walk to the town. Very clean hotel, rooms were great, pools looked after and cleaned. All areas of the hotel I had no fault with. Food was a buffet and was something different to choose from every night! (I stayed 7 nights). Was delicious! The only thing for me would be to have a more English style breakfast available (but I am being picky) Some evening entertainment some nights. Thank you so much for making my holiday amazing. Will definitely be back❤️

My own fault for not listening to the reviews. Little to no English here. Food was good, but you did have to walk past an array of reconstrituted /processed meats and cheeses Plenty of salads though. Much room here for improvement. Room towels not changed in my 10 day stay. Sheet only once

Honest review in september.First time in Turkey , hotel was avarage , guys in the reception were the best , at the first we got " high floor suite " but it was so trash room so we asked to change it over and we got the best room with best view, they always helped with everything , some cleaning ladies are quite moody. Food wasnt so good , at last 3 days my stomach was quite bad. Guests are parting hard middle of the week until morning at the pool , screaming , drinking , music playing loud. Location was alright , shuttle takes to beach in the morning. I recommend the hotel small shop owner if you need something to ask , what a great guy At the end , i wouldnt come back in the same hotel anymore
