We requested a crib and the one they brought to us looked like it had stained poop on the mattress. Was very dirty. We then kindly requested for a pack and play instead since they mentioned they had one. Once it arrived, the pack and play mattress was completely broken and snapped in thirds. It was not safe to use. So we returned it to them. They did not. Apologize for the inconvenience. I had even called ahead of time to make sure that they had a crib because it was something they'd listed on their travelocity and advertised. Fortunately we had brought the spare pack and play for infant to use. But how do we not done that We would not have had a safe or viable that option for him.
Pool was way too cold to use.
I had also called ahead of time before booking to see in their free breakfast if they had gluten-free options for family members. I did not expect them to provide that, but they assured me numerous times that they had lots and lots of options for someone who is gluten- free. I asked ahead of time what they had and they listed numerous things. When we got to the breakfast there was very limited, if anything, gluten-free available for my family members and it was frustrating because again I did not expect that and normally I prepare but they had reassured me before visiting that they could accommodate us.
