We had a great time at Patacona. We appreciate all the assistance we received from the office and Eva personally. The area is very safe, beach and surroundings are amazing. Bus stop is a couple of minutes walk. We didn't need a car, but there is parking available. There are many restaurants, fruteria and supermarkets close by. We stayed at #3/2 apar**ent. It was very clean and spacious. The only one problem we had were keys. First of all, we had just one set, so, we had to always go together everywhere. The apar**ent's key looked like some kind of "medieval" type, and a couple of times we were not able to open the door, so, we had to find help.:) Besides that, we had a great time and hope to come back again someday.

Having booked 4 apar**ents 6 months in advance, 3 weeks before arrival I received a cancellation message for each of the bookings. I contacted them immediately to resolve this issue and they didn’t want to do anything about it. I spent several days calling them over and over again and they were always saying that I should try again later because “apparently” the booking manager was not available. Eventually, they confirmed that the apar**ents had been allocated to other clients (who probably paid much more) and that there was nothing else they could do. STAY AWAY FROM THESE APAR**ENTS IF YOU DON’T WANT TO RISK HAVING YOUR HOLIDAYS SPOILED LAST MINUTE
