酒店太老久了、衞生的確很差，設施陳舊，服務更別説，與價格無匹配之處，早早起來就走了，不願停留多一分鐘

The room was hot when we arrived and it took some time for the air conditioning to cool the room. The mattress is adequate though I could feel the spring when I slept on it.
The hotel room is spacious and clean.

I have stayed in many places in Albury Wodonga that were easily better than this and would suggest avoiding this hotel. The main issue was the room description on the hotel website saying it had a private balcony which is the reason I booked to have a bit of outdoor space while the staff were completely unhelpful and said none of the room type I booked had balconies and it does not matter what their own website says about the room type and it is my fault for relying on the room description from their own website as there is no reason why the website needs to be correct (the room type has now been removed from their own website but still appears on *******). Luckily I have the screenshot to follow up further on this misleading advertising. On checking out the manager did apologise but did nothing about it so did not actually feel like an apology.

Nice well appointed unit. Neat and tidy. Very quiet. Nice rooms. Good off-street parking. Only negative was the power and lights blowing in the morning when I unplugged my phone charger. As were checking out it was not an issue though. Overall, very nice and would recommend it.

No air con through common areas was unpleasant. Extra $100 for dog and $15 for parking is overpriced given hotel already very expensive for run down motel experience

Excellent amenities. Very comfortable and clean and helpful pleasant staff. Some confusion about our booking but this was sorted out efficiently and pleasantly by the owner. Highly recommend and will be back.

These apartments are well located within easy walking distance to cinema, shops and dining options. Car parking is very close to apartments and all under the one roof. As the property is only on two level, access to rooms is quick and easy. Front desk staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms are spacious and well equipped.
