Housekeeping was pretty much didn’t exist, plus the fact that with our without “do not disturb” they would knock ALL the time starting 10h after we arrived.
Breakfast it’s just not up to scratch..

Me cobraron por duplicado el importe de la habitación, tenia la estancia preparada a través de trip y me cobraron de nuevo alegando que no. Posteriormente he tenido ambos cargos y sigo reclamando sin éxito.
El hotel está alejado y dependes siempre del taxi.
El desayuno no fue lo esperado. El hotel estaba abarrotado y no hubo opción de sentarnos en la terraza, dentro hacía calor y aunque venden que el zumo es natural es de bote.
Servicio correcto pero muy lento.
La piscina esta en sombra toda la tarde y encontrar una ama a disponible es una aventura.
Francamente hay mejores opciones en Lisboa y probablemente más económicas ya que yo sigo reclamando el reembolso del pago duplicado.
El servicio de postventa es nefasto, no contestan a los correos y sigo intentando por todos los medios recuperar mi dinero.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The surrounding area is quiet and safe. This hotel is not in the city center and a long walk to Belem so if you want to see tourists sites and shop without having to taxi or uber this may not be for you. Uber to city center was only 10 euro. Lovely lovely hotel.

Amazing staff! I never had such sincere, caring and attentive service, anywhere. Absolutely gorgeous premises, especially the gardens and the rooms of the palace building. I felt like I was home. I did not want to leave!!

We had a problem with the tv . The remote did not work properly. They came out to fix it three times but failed. The a/c didn’t work and they had to come and fix it .

The property itself was beautiful; an early 20th century Palace with lovely gardens.
Most of the staff were very accomodating and helpful, but for one rude and stiff front desk clerk. We were disappointed as this staff person demanded the application of their cancelation policy be adhered to, when we had a circumstance that prevented us from making the first night of our 3 day stay. His stingy insistance colored the luxury experie we had hoped for and expected, and because of it, we will not again patronize the Pestana Hotels.

Absolutely beautiful hotel!
Excellent staff, lovely room, fabulous breakfasts!
Enjoyed the pools and steam room.

Thais is an excellent hotel and the staff were very friendly and attentive.
The only drawback was the location wasn’t really walkable, but Ubur’s were cheap and very quick.

The staff were wonderful. We were on our honeymoon and they made us feel special by upgrading our suite and sending complimentary sparkling wine and chocolates to our room. The staff helping with luggage/valet service were so kind and sweet. The only downside was that the property is a bit old and our room sort of felt like a dungeon in the basement. Some maintenance and renos would have significantly improved the quality of my stay. Also the breakfast was delightful and the wait staff were great.
