Gran Hotel Las Fuentes de Fantasia Hoteles

This hotel was amazing. We had a fantastic stay. Even though it’s was mainly a resort for Spanish holidaymakers we had a wonderful stay. Staff are 10/10- super friendly, helpful and welcoming. From reception, to the cleaners, restaurant and bar staff. A very Special shoutout to Kwesi and his beautiful wife who work in the restaurant- for us they made our stay very special. Being the only black family, speaking English we did not feel out of place at all because they made us feel so welcome from the first day we came down for dinner. Not many of the staff spoke English but they did and really looked after us if we had any questions or needed help. They helped the other staff in the restaurant look after us also which was very kind of them. We are so grateful to all the staff in the restaurant- excellent service. Thank you both so so very much. Also a special mention to the entire Fanty Club staff who made our children feel so welcome, helped them make friends and got them involved in the activities despite the language barrier. They taught the kids a few Spanish words which was a lovely bonus! Also special thanks to the reception staff who were so helpful and lovely also throughout our stay. Anything we needed or were unsure of they really helped. This hotel is very clean, warm and friendly. There is a good selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant - lots of variety (Especially deserts!). Best to do all inclusive or breakfast and dinner. Also, the hotel is in a good location in terms of the beach (literally right beside the hotel). Also there is a local supermarket and strand of few local restaurants and a souvenir shop. (Best place to eat - King Kebab) . A very quite area and not over populated with tourists which is nice! Amazing coastal trail also for walks. The hotel is extremely far for any tourist attractions or city exploring and also from the airport (about 1hr 1/2 - 2hrs drive). Perfect if just looking to do a quiet getaway, retreat or seaside break. Overall a really really lovely hotel and stay. Would definitely recommend and would be back again!

Stayed at the end of October, the Halloween week in Spain. It was great fun, everyone there was Spanish and the hotel was totally decorated for the occasion. The buffet evening meal was really good and very well organised. Would stay again.

Perfect location, by the beach and not far from restaurants and shops. I would happily stay there again.

Fantastic hotel for families. Staff were so attentive. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great location as located by the beach and walking distance to restaurants.

Nice hotel with amazing view but for older people only. We were family of 4 with 2 kids under 5years old and we were only one family apart of elderly people up there. We had very nice room 439 with great sea view and very nice spa in hotel as well. Posh restaurant with nice food selection. Only one disappointment as we were with kids and very late dinner. But apart of that nice hotel, thank you

Me ha decepcionado la dirección del hotel porque han cancelado las reservas y nos hemos quedado sin poder ir,nos hicieron una llamada para decir que todo quedaba cancelado y no habrían el hotel en esas fechas después de tener la reserva confirmada.

Pasamos una semana con dos niños. Hemos estado muy a gusto, al llegar nos dieron la habitación y cuando llegamos, no era lo que habíamos solicitado, baje a recepción y me lo solucionaron enseguida y nos dieron una habitación con lo que respondía a nuestra reserva. Las piscinas muy bien, había mucha gente pero siempre y a cualquier hora podíamos coger hamacas Un detalle que nos sorprendió mucho fue, que a media mañana, salían las camareras con bandejas de croquetas... Para repartir a los huéspedes. Animación durante todo el día Comida del buffet bastante bien, sin quejas. En general nos sorprendió la amabilidad de todos los trabajadores, muy muy amables, educados... Otro detalle que nos sorprendió fue la existencia de lavadoras y secadoras gratuitas, el detergente te lo facilitaban en recepción sin coste alguno. La situación del hotel muy buena, la playa en frente, cosa que con dos niños pequeños es una comodidad increible No tenemos dudas de que volveremos. Hemos vuelto a vacacionar a este hotel y nuestra experiencia esta vez ha sido mucho mejor, la calidad y variedad de comida muy bien, siempre hemos encontrado hamacas en las piscinas y el entretenimiento para los críos es buenísimo. No le doy la puntuación máxima ya que hay poca variedad de espectáculos por la noche luego de la cena. Por lo demás todo genial.
