Jest to ośrodek rodzinny i ma wady i zalety. Najlepsze części to niesamowite spa z widokiem na zatokę oraz bliskość sportów wodnych w tej samej zatoce. Baseny też fajne. Minusy to szalone głośne walenie w naczynia, które towarzyszy każdemu posiłkowi, niszcząc całą atmosferę i środowisko - komary, stojąca woda, wszechobecny aromat kaczki. Różnorodność potraw jest dobra, ale samo jedzenie nie jest na równi. Obsługa jest dobra, personel jest pomocny. To urocze miejsce pod wieloma względami!

Uwielbiam ten hotel - personel jest niezwykle pomocny i przyjazny. Basen jest świetny, a opcje jedzenia i picia wystarczą, by zadowolić całą moją rodzinę, co jest nie lada wyczynem! Wysoce polecany

To niesamowity obiekt ze wspaniałym 3-torowym basenem i siłownią. Świetne masaże i inne obiekty sportowe.
Szeroki wybór śniadań, mniej na lunch / kolację, ale restauracja z grillem oferuje fajne tapas
Wypożyczalnia rowerów to zdecydowanie konieczność.
Autobusy zatrzymują się przed hotelem, więc wszystkie okoliczne atrakcje turystyczne mogą być odwiedzane. Trzeba być w stanie nazwać lokalizację, ponieważ nie mówi się po angielsku

Lovely property, complete with meandering paths around pools and ponds. A small flock of mallards who preferred the pool to the pond was an unexpected twist to pool time, which delighted our 2 year old.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating in the hotel. Restaurant staff was less sharp, but fine.
Food was about what you expect from a buffet, fine but not much to write home about. Grilled veggies on the a la carte menu for the pool grill were perfectly done.

The hotel was very large with lots of activities for families. Small, but nice rooms. The sofa in the room was quite hard. Beds were very good. Good bathroom. Nice pool and jacuzzi area. Breakfast was delicious

some very rude staff, some ignored us some just indifferent, treated as children not guests - being all inclusive no incentive for staff to be nice -ie no tipping mechanism so service reflects that they -it was busy and they were working ...but the vibe was they were annoyed to see you not happy to see you. would not revisit - better options for the money. lights out at 11pm when bars closed at midnight ... really did not want you to be there a second longer than they had to be...

All excellent. The property, the food, the staff, cleanliness. All amazing.
Overall rating is not 5 stars just because a proper beach with umbrellas and sun beds is reachable by bus to Pollença or Alcudia.

The layout of the property did not feel hotel like which we loved, we stayed in the village room which was loverly with a balcony and loungers.
The adults only area was perfect for us and quiet which included the breakfast room and pool area with a bar.
To the other side of the hotel was the main pool and pool restaurant which was also great with a shop for essentials.
We visited the buffet once which offered an abundance of everything for all ages.
The water sports to the front of the hotel was also good to have.
Alcudia and port pollensa were also close to travel with a taxi for around €10 in both directions.
We would definitely go again.
