VIVA Sunrise

Very nice hotel but only if you have noisy children. If you have children this is the perfect place but if adults in need of a calm vacation please choose everything except this hotel.

Just back from the most wonderful week at Viva Sunrise. Such a fantastic hotel in a wonderful location and all the facilities (rooms, pools, restaurants etc) were top notch. There was always a wide choice of food available at the buffet and the a la carte/bistro meals at the Sports Bar (especially the pizzas!) were delicious. The only small improvement would be for there to be a bit more of a variety of food available at lunchtime but other than that everything was perfect. The best thing about Viva Sunrise though is the staff. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived right up until we left. Nothing was too much trouble and we really felt looked after. A particular shout-out has to go to the Animación Team - Elias, Mario, Elin, Brian, Jenny, Gina, Daisy (sorry if we’ve missed anyone from this list but they’re all amazing!). They all work so, so hard to make sure that everyone is having fun and enjoying themselves. It was a lovely surprise to see Elias again - we first met him when we stayed at Viva Eden Lago in 2023. He remembered us and went out of his way to make sure we were having fun and that our son was included in activities. We really enjoyed getting to know him again and finding out that we all have a very similar sense of humour! ☺️ Our son is a particular Elias fan now and wanted to stay in Mallorca as a result rather than come home! Who knows, maybe we’ll meet again on another holiday in the future! Thank you so much Viva Sunrise team for a truly fantastic holiday. We loved the hotel and the entertainment team were amazing, especially Brian, Ellen and Gina! 😃 The bouncer pool was quite 🥶 cold but really fun! The water walker made me dizzy but was funny and I loved running down the water mat and going through the hoop. The food was really nice and I loved the ice pops from the freezer that my daddy got me with his wrist band. It was a nice short walk down to the 🏖️ beach and the sand was really clean. We walked to the water park which was brilliant, my favourite slides were the big blue ones.

My first stay her with my six year old daughter she absolutely loved it the pools are brilliant lots for her to do in the hotel kids club and splash pool to keep her happy. The food is plenty you can always find something to eat but for me i would like to have seen more English food especially at breakfast no English sausage and bacon. The evening entertainment is minimal kids disco 8 -9 pm then ftom 9 -10 pm a variety act would come on but once that was over it was literally lights out and off to bed you go for me i do not go on holiday to be sent to bed at the same time i do at home. The children are still happy playing but there is nothing to do once the entertainment has ended.

If you’re going you have to book a Selection Club room. The exclusive pool area for Selection Club rooms is worth it alone, though we also got a late check out and concierge service was great with little requests we had. Food was good rather than great. There was something we did enjoy most nights and we never went hungry. Great family hotel - no ****** in the hotel, staff uniformly friendly and the pools were really good. My kids loved the bubble pool.

We had an amazing week. We loved the food, the entertainment group, activities for the children and the whole family. A big thank you to Jenny for her positive energy and all the entertainment, and to the people in the kitchen, specially to Majid who is a very good working and good hearted person. We will come back again

Mario helped me out a lot with the gym and gave me advice that I won’t forget so hopefully I can be a built as him one day, he was also very welcoming and nice, wassima was very pleasant and her smile lit up my day really nice place and nice people, definitely recommend coming here

Amazin hotel for family and super nice workers and staff. Amazing activities for whole family. Atmosphere is absolutely amazing. Food is great and the new sports bar is very nice. I recommend this hotel to every family. And there are some very good hiking and cycling routes in Alcudia.

Could not fault this hotel and will 100% be back . Absolutely brilliant for kids. We have a 2 year old and he loved it. Lots to do and different entertainment every night which is so good. Our 2 year old took a shine to both Tony and Jonathon who went above and beyond for him and us. They were absolute gentlemen who made the trip even better. We are sad to be leaving but we will definitely be back next year!
