Viva Eden Lago

The staff, from cleaning and reception to waiters, are all nice, attentive, and service-minded. The resort comes across as clean and well-maintained. Every day we had lunch by the pool, and one waiter, Kiko, made our day every day. Kiko is the most service-minded and friendly waiter you will meet. Always smiling and great with kids. Our daughter was treated like a princess, and Kiko always remembered how we liked our food and drinks and which ice cream flavor our daughter preferred. Shout out to Kiko - THANK YOU!

The food (All Inclusive) was very varied and a lot of dishes to choose from. Our (3) rooms very clean, modern, silent and had a lot of TV channels (even 2 Swedish channels).

The week has been amazing! The breakfast was delicious, the room very nice. But the best part were the incredible staff members. The entertainers made every day joyfull and their activities and dances really made that extra sparkling shine on top of a very nice week. Thank you to all the entertainers, Kajsa, Julieta, Clara , Ramón, Tamara, Emelie, Besa. You rock!!! I really recommend Viva Eden Lago.

the rooms were perfect. Nice hotel. the entertainment made the experience great. thanks to Kajsa Julieta Clara Ramón Tamara Emily Besa the pool area was nice, close to the beach and overall good staff. Really recommend visiting the hotel for a lovely holiday.

Good quality food in abundance. Hard working friendly staff. Lovely sunsets and views around the pool. A very clean hotel. Always tidy and been cleaned. Lots of great quality food and drink choices. A.chef cooking on demand breakfast,.dinner and tea specials besides all the food available. Good menu in the bar to eat a restaurant mea instead.of.buffet. Great location for the beach.

Booked with Jet2 holidays in a royal terrace room for 7 nights on all-inclusive for 2ad and a 15 year old. Nice staff on reception, room wasn't ready until after 3pm so stored suitcases and had lunch. Wrist bands were given which acted as your key aswell which was much easier then having cards and losing them! 1 card was given for the electricity slot. Our room was amazing! Large bathroom with double sink and walk in shower. Separate bedroom divided by sliding doors and pull out bed in lounge. Plenty of storage space. Kitchenette with toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, fridge, and kitchenware. Table with chairs. Air conditioning wasn't the best but did a job. No charge for safe. Amazing large balcony with 2 sunbeds, patio set, balise bed and jacuzzi bath. Lovely lake view, although this did attract mosquitoes and we did get bit quite alot. Maid service daily. Pool towels supplied. Nice pool area with no sunbed wars, you could take your pick of a sunbed. Animation team were nice and activities arranged daily, more for the little ones but my teenager did play darts and water volleyball and football. All the evening entertainment was outside featuring singers,magician and dancers, all ended with the animation team doing their dance/song. Food was good, lots of selection. The food in the pool bar was very good if you fancied it instead of the buffet restaurant. Waiter service for all drinks and food at the pool bar. Sometimes the staff were a bit over run and some tables weren't cleared so it did look messy. One of the chefs was very nice and funny. He was serving at breakfast omelette and pancakes, I didn't get his name. Five minutes walk to the lovely sandy beach and to the nearest shops. Playa de muro is a lovely quiet resort and 10 euros in a taxi to Alcudia if you want a busier night. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for nice staff, good food and royal terrace accommodation. If I had to say a negative, it would be the mosquitoes, but obviously, that is beyond the control of the hotel. Just take all you need to fend them off!

Wonderful hotel and staff. Only problem lots of mosquitos inside the dining areas. Once they got into your room they were not always easy to kill and I was bitten 6 times!
