酒店性價比不錯，走錯了地方臨時定的。一分價錢一分貨，也不指望太豪華或者太好的服務。離車站挺近，適合去其他城市。

Świetny hotel. Bardzo czysty, śniadania i kolacje niesamowite - dosłownie znajdzie się na nich wszystko. Na śniadaniach od jaj na 4 sposoby, po płatki, owsianki, naleśniki, kiełbaski, owoce i wiele innych. Na kolacji krewetki, ryby, kebab, pizza, sałatki, ryże, lody, ciasta - brakuje miejsca by wypisać wszystko. Basen i recepcja super. Bardzo bezproblemowi i pomocni. Kuchnia zgodziła sie zamienić nasze ostatnie dwa śniadania na jedna kolacje (musieliśmy skrócić nasz pobyt w hotelu). Hotel znajduje sie w bardzo dobrym miejscu. Do starówki pol godziny spacerem, obok jest Lidl, świetna plaża. Pełno restauracji. Bardzo polecam!

It's our 3rd time coming here and is still as good as ever. Rooms are lovely, beds are comfortable, staff are very pleasant and helpful. Very willing to do and help with whatever you need. The food is still great and it's great to see the service manager still working there after all these years. We will be back again for a 4th visit I'm sure.

This is an excellent hotel. Good food and pleasant and helpful staff from reception to dining room to cleaners. Stayed there in 2023 and 2024 and would not hesitate to book again. Close to all amenities (old Town and port areas ). Very close to public transport.

good value stay. Hotel has a good location. a short walk to Port d'Alcúdia. Cornershops and LIDL closeby. Hotel has been loocked after. well maintained. Pool area is great. Enough sunbeds! Breakfast was plentyful and good. Staff working well. Never saw any food items missing. fast to clean the tables. Staff in reception was nice and friendly as well. Only negative as I can remember was : You need to pay extra to use the safe in the room. There is no kaffee maker in room, but you can rent one. No pool towel in room, but possible to rent as well. These are all items that should be free or included. Bussstop right outside to get to airport..

The Hotel is clean and well presented, staff very helpful from reception to cleaners. We went as half board as we had visited last year and really enjoyed the food but this year the evening meal food buffet on our 2nd week let it down as it seemed we were eating reheated food, apart from food cooked in front of you, but still seemed a lower standard than our previous week and definitely gone downhill a bit from previous visit. Breakfasts were great, can't complain about them. Our room was on the 6th floor, very clean and well maintained but was quite small, adequate though as we only used it to shower and sleep in it. Hotel was only a 5minute or so walk from the beach and surrounded by all amenities. We would use this hotel again but would probably go bed and breakfast only as the food is definitely not worth the extra now.

Nice hotel in the main I wouldn't rate as 4 star as the rooms are very small and sp**** looking and could do with a refresh,there wasn't any storage room put your case's away out of site. The hotel overall is very pleasant and everywhere is clean. The hotel is next to the main road in alcudia so traffic noise is always present around the pool or if your on your balcony (but it does go quiet after 11pm)so sleeping was never a problem and the beds where comfortable. Staff where very pleasant and polite. Breakfast wasn't to English taste.but there was always a selection to keep you going.Evening meal again a selection of food take the hunger off,but we can't say we enjoyed that much.Pool bar did lovely food/snacks and prices not too expensive for a hotel.Overall we enjoyed our stay but the room size and no frills sp****ness would put us off going there again would rate it as 3 star plus.

10 days break at this hotel..very impressed with spotless hotel and pool area must be the best in alcudia. All the staff, half board food was excellent smiling happy staff.unfortunately we had 5 days rain. The resort itself is too spaced out nearest bar was Foxys, 50 yds from hotel ..no other bars within half a mile. As for eating out forget it,starters from 15 to 20 euros from any decent restaurant..in the harbour area. Worst was the cost of a bottle or can of coke 2.60 euros even from Lidl. They blame it on import of of foreign foods..the alcudia resort will go down as the worst holiday we have ever had.. but the highlight was The BQ DELFIN HOTEL.
