The pools are great for kids and Lollo & Bernie was great for kids The air con in our room did not work and was barely a fan, complained to reception twice and nothing was done. The room was 27 degrees Celsius inside and very unpleasant. The room was filled with ants (we didn’t have any food in our room). The food was awful and the worst hotel food we have ever had. Everything was beige or brown. The vegetarian selection was incredibly poor and often very mushy in texture and had no flavour. A lot of the food was very dry. Definitely not worth paying for all inclusive. Pools bars shut at 5pm. You can’t get bottles of water on all inclusive.

Great place. Ricardo was a great server. Thank you Ricardo This is an amazing resort we had a great time, great poolbar Seashell, I recommend the seackub sandwich and milkshakes, Amazing, Amazing Amazing Amazing Amazing Amazing Amazing.

Great place food and staff amazing Ricardo at the pool Seaclub restaurant was great funny and very helpful the seaclub sandwich was 10/10 we had two one year old babies and they were catered for really well. Ricardo came back lots of times to see if we where ok

I have just returned from this complex, I travelled with a 20 month old baby and my mother who is in her 70’s. I feel compelled to write a review as it exceeded expectations. The staff were amazing, so accommodating and friendly, answered all our questions helped us out and made our stay seamless. We had a garden apar**ent in A area. A spotless travel cot was provided (€3 per day) which was great, I believe high chairs and buggies are also available. The apar**ent was cleaned every single day if required, there were cleaners, maintenance guys, gardeners, pool cleaners constantly working to keep the place immaculate, couldn’t fault it. There seemed to be a lot of entertainment on offer and the older kids were fully occupied. Our little one loved the splash park and all the play parks on offer and the general safe freedom to run around. The pools are still a little cold in May as not heated so he only went in the water occasionally. The shop on site is well stocked and there are many more outside the complex too, with fresh bread daily. It was a 15-20 minute stroll to a lovely beach. It was very peaceful however I can imagine that during peak season it does get quite busy and a bit louder. We did not participate in any evening entertainment but there seemed a good selection. we were lost self catering so cannot comment on food but our purchases from both snack bars were delicious. We will definitely consider returning but will hire a car next time to explore further afield as I wasn’t as impressed with the locality outside of Seaclub.

Great hotel especially the pool service. Big shout out to the barman Hamza who gave us brilliant time. Rooms really clean, food brilliant. Will definitely be coming again. Reception let us no where everything is. And the kids love all the playground.

The entertainment crew are absolutely tireless and full of energy. They really offer a wonderful family experience yet in a slightly more mature way for all ages. So much respect and gratitude to Katia, Alice, Dominic, Magda and all of the girls

It’s been a wonderful experience. The resort itself is beautiful, the personnel kind and the entertainment program was fun. Having a 6-year-old child, we especially appreciated the Magic Garden and all the arts activities organized by the nice and talented Natalia.

Nice place, Family resort obviously, no night life close by. All inclusive pretty ok, food only average, drinks and bevarages very good. Service by the pool and restaurant / Bar was very nice 😀 Ricardo Cintia got full 5 stars 🤩 Hotel area was clean and tidy. Area was huge and many pool to choose!

Such a lovely hotel and the staff are just as lovely. Food was great (we were half board) We don’t normally eat in the hotel at night but the food was amazing so we ate in there every night. We went with an 8year old and he enjoyed the entertainment Not far from the beach and to reach the restaurants , about a 20 minute walk. Sea Club was perfect for us. Rooms great for what we needed and fully equipped. Staff in the sea shell bar were the best. A great thanks to Fer, Ivau and Marisol for the best service . Weather wasn’t the best but a great place to go to and we will be back here next year.
