Wall, it was very dirty
No hot water. It is only warm water.
Carpet very dirty no clean
They don’t offer towels
They don’t offer shampoo and toothbrush, toothpaste
Most of lights it is broken
Then breakfast most of time coffee teas warm, not hot

This hotel is poorly managed and it nearly sum up everything. Repair are not done, the hotel is in a dissipated state. It is in a bad area. Seedy people everywhere  . During my stay fighting and screaming are going on in the corridors. Breakfast room was smoked filled even it should be a non-smoking area. I very much regret booking this place, and even more regret actually staying there.

اغلب الوقت لاجد موظف في الاستقبال بوفيه الفطور متواضع جدا لايوجد حساب بالفيزا ولا الماستر كرت. اغلب الخدمات التي وردت في وصف الفندق لم تكن متوفرة

Vous êtes une équipe de trip.com très honteux,je ne recommande pas au genre de réserver avec trip.com c'est des escrocs et en plus il vous envoi un questionnaire,c'est honteux moi j'ai réservé avec trip.com a alger hôtel oasis avec un voucher j'ai payé la nuitée depuis Oman pour ma femme a l'arrivé elle était choqué,ni reservation,ni chambre le respsioniste ,nous montré sur sont micro ordinateur que trip.com nous as escroqué y pas de réservation même avec le voucher a la main je vous donne 00000 et en plus Trivago vous sélection sur ça plateforme c'est honteux pour Trivago grave grave ,je mettrai votre voucher sur tout les réseaux sociaux, monsieur,madame soient prudent ne réserver pas sur le moteur de recherche Trivago elle vous sélection des compagnies qui vont te volé comme trip.com au faut mieux réservé avec Booking , auxquels j'ai voyager beaucoup ils ont toujours respecté leur réservation merci Booking,merde pour Trivago et trip.com

Bu otele 5 yildiz vermisler ayni fenerbahcenin sahte yıldızlari gibi 5 i bırakın yıldız nasıl almıs enteresan acil olarak kapatılmalı

Je n’es pas pu dormir dans cet hôtel immonde sale
Les toilettes n’était même pas propre il n’y avait ni serviette ni papier toilette ni shampooing, ni gel douche
La cuvette des toilettes était sale dans la chambre, il n’y avait pas de draps housse, ni de protège oreiller La moquette était sale à l’intérieur de l’armoire, il y avait des cendres de cigarettes sans compter l’odeur ignoble qui avait dans tout l’hôtel.
 Donc je souhaite vraiment me faire rembourser, parce que c’est inadmissible qu’on puisse proposer ce genre d’hôtel dans un site respectable comme le vôtre
J’ai du prendre une nouvelle chambre d’hôtel à AZ au vieux KOUBA à Alger à quelques minutes de celui-ci
