Good place for a small family stay

We found ourselves in need of a hotel near the airport at short notice. We weren't expecting a lot from this hotel as it was only £63 for a 2 bed apartment. We were so surprised when we arrived. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to check in about 4 hours before we were advised when we booked. It took us around 30 minutes to walk to a beautiful park where we found a lovely local restaurant. The apartment was clean and tidy and we have no complaints. Not sure we'd stay for a week but this hotel is great for 1 or 2 nights.

Avoid this place, the noise of suitcases being dragged along the pavement all the night. Mostly arab guests, very loud talking and screaming at night on balconies and terraces. Poor quality rooms, location without any services around, far away from Alicante centre and beaches. Without a car is horrible because you have to walk to the bus stop apx. 600m

Location is terrible, you can walk down the hill to get a bus into Alicante Town but no idea if there is a bus going back from the town, I certainly couldn't find it. Taxi back from town is around €10. There is literally no shops, restaurants, bars around the hotel area, so your only option is getting the bus to stock up on essentials and taxi back. They charge €100 deposit, even though amenities are extremely minimal, two forks, two knives and two spoons. No kettle or toaster. Vending machines are a total rip off, €2.50 for a can of coke. Don't even bother with the "Hotel bar/café) food is bland and poorly made. The only positive is plenty of space in apartment and free WiFi. The swimming pool is a decent size, however it is freezing cold, the jacuzzi is also freezing cold, so not enjoyable to relax in.I would definitely not return to this hotel/apartment. Cheap prices but you 9ay loads in taxi fayre, do yourself a favour and pay a little extra for a nicer place to stay and near to Alicante town.

We booked this last minute as quick as we could in Alicante airport after the strikes and we were stranded for best part of a week …close to the airport 15 euros in taxi…close to marina and Alicante Old Town 10/12 euros in taxi each way …pool was lovely and had 2 outdoor jacuzzis …apartment was huge spacious and clean did the job …cheap as chips to stay here …reception friendly and so was little cafe that sold snacks and drinks …Aldi is 6 euros in a taxi one way also…got us out of a sticky situation and made some fabulous friends there too.

The rooms were disgusting (photos provided), screaming children all night, beds incredibly uncomfortable (woke up aching every night), the place in general smells as there are stray cats that live jere and the staff do not clean their mess (photos provided), cafeteria is just microwaved meals that are inedible. The hotel is situated minimum 6km from the centre which is 1 hour and 30 minutes walk. This hotel ruined what was our first holiday in 3 years due to COVID. We stayed in apartment 3003 - family upstairs were running about stomping, kids screaming and seemed to not sleep. Avoid this place at ALL costs pay the bit extra to get something nice - don’t make the mistake we did.

For a supposedly self catering apartment we were really upset to find little to no utensils in each of our rooms. We had no kettle for a start and when we asked for a couple of mugs we were told ‘we’ll have some tomorrow’. The cleaning of the kitchen facilities left a lot to be desired. When we got to our given room it smelt of a stale smoke smell and we had to ask to be moved. The air con units were full of thick mould and towels only changed after 5 days. There was rules around the pool including no food or drinks. A couple of the apartments we were given the balcony’s looked out over a school, this meant we couldn’t relax on the balcony during the day as classrooms of kids were staring at us. These were obviously flats that were never sold as apartments and so hiring out to holiday makers, albeit a way out from any built up life. A taxi into Alicante centre roughly costs £12 each way.

Apartment was very clean not a great location had to get cabs everywhere which made it much more expensive no kettle or toaster in apartment that was not ideal their was only air con in kitchen! At nighttime the bedrooms were extremely hot and was very uncomfortable

Just an OK overnight stop, not even a kettle to ma,e a coffee. Disappointed in a few ways. Huge fridge, separate bathrooms were a bonus, but bathrooms desperately need upgraded. Couldn't find hairdryer.balcony and zircon were a bonus. Service in Berlin wasn't great, almost ignored. Service in reception was amazing. They helped me print of boarding passes etc, and ordered hotel for airport all done with a smile
