These apartments were ideal for the purpose of our visit. We went out for a family wedding, and came across them. Perfect location, 5 minute walk to the beach, convenience store right opposite front doors. There was an array of food places to eat nearby. Chinese right opposite, which was amazing, and good value, kebab/pizza place around the corner, also really good. Tram stop 5 minute walk too, where there are more food places. Can highly recommend the good burger, also (for the smokers) there are 2 tobacco shops both within a 5 minute walk. The apartment itself was nice & clean, bedding & towels provided. Have seen other reviews saying the furniture is outdated, and maybe it is, but for the price they are charging to stay here, it’s perfect, and fit for purpose. There is also a large shared swimming pool, and tennis courts. Will definitely stay here again.

Horripilante, absolutely horrible. No vayas, don’t go¡ Dirty, is falling apart: elevators don’t work, 3 days without elevators, swimming pool bathrooms closed from broken water pipes, they rent apartments with water leaks and moldy ceilings. La basura se acumula en cada piso en el pasillo atrayendo cucarachas. Ni una estrella pero te cobran como si fuese de 4 Se cae a pedazos, sucio, muy viejo toda. Los ascensores no funcionan, 3 días seguidos sin ascensor, los baños piscina cerrados por rotura de tuberías, alquilan apartamentos con fugas de agua y moho en el techo. Trash piles up in the corridor and is a magnet for roaches. Is a 1 star at best and they charge 4 star price. Don’t go, is a horrible experience

These are very basic apartments,make your own beds, nothing in apartment only one water and two thin soaps, they are tired and really need an upgrade. Lovely pool, childrens pool,lovely area, little shop directly across from apartment, near beach,bus and tram just around corner 1.49 each way forAlicante. The staff are so helpful and friendly, nicest people I have ever come across. If you want a cheap apartment or do not plan spending much time in it, it ticks all the boxes

¡¡IMPOSIBLE DORMIR!! Estuvimos en un estudio encima de la puerta en una calle RUIDOSÍSIMA,con terrazas y tienda que abre hasta la 1, toda la noche y día.Paredes y puerta de papel,mucho ruido también dentro, escuchando todo el jaleo de la oficina.Cucarachas desde la primera noche.Camas incomodísimas,que hacen ruido al moverse y colchón destrozado.Al llegar, te tienes que hacer la cama.

Había mucha falta de limpieza sobretodo en el baño,horrible un toallero que había colgado lo que tenía no sé cómo podía estar ahí y detrás de la taza del WC madre y el suelo y detrás de la puerta.La cocina no estaba mal,los muebles viejos y pegajosos.Lo mejor que estaba cerca de la playa,pero muy ruidosa la calle.Necesita una reforma de todo.con un poco de pintura y muebles del Ikea lo solucionarían.

El apartamento estaba genial súper amplio, con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. El mobiliario es muy viejo, la verdadero que con una lavadita de cara ganarían mucho… lo peor de todo fueron las CUCARACHAS salían por la cocina y por los baños y eran GIGANTES de hecho hemos puesto una reclamación al consumidor porque daba un montón de asco!

Siamo stati nel 2016 e siamo tornati nel 2023. Staff molto disponibile, L'appartamento e il condominio in generale super pulito(puliscono in continuazione). I mobili sono un po' datati ma siccome si sta fuori tutto il giorno per quello che abbiamo pagato va benissimo! Molto bella la piscina. A 150mt della spiaggia più bella di San Juan, a 100 mt del tram che porta in centro. Tanti ristoranti e piccoli negozietti vicino. Parcheggio gratuito. Forse si potrebbero migliorare un po' le coperte e mettere una piccola tv nella camera da letto (c'è solo in soggiorno). Per il resto super consigliato per familie con bimbi e senza.

Apartamento viejo en edificio viejo y sin mantenimiento. El personal de CITRAC hace lo que puede, y la dueña, muy mayor, solo tiene interés por su dinero. Dos días sin aire acondicionado, con un aparato de 30 años de antigüedad. Se rompió la cerradura eléctrica del edificio y quedó así, hasta que me fui. 4 días!!! No vale lo que piden.

Não aconselho. Uma grande desilusão depois de tantos anos e tantas vezes. Apartamentos muito antigos, pararam no tempo, o mobiliário é o mesmo da minha primeira visita que fiz há mais de 35 anos. Muito barulho no prédio, ouvem-se tudo e há uma falta de respeito generalizada. Cozinhar com o ar condicionado ligado… esqueça… a luz está sempre a cair. Não consegue sequer ligar o fogão e o forno em simultâneo. As funcionárias são simpáticas e a piscina é muito boa. De resto precisavam implodir e fazer de novo. As pessoas a andar, as portas a bater, as pessoas a falar, as cadeiras a arrastar… um terror a qualquer hora do dia ou da noite.
