Hotel is good staff and food is also good location wise is good overall if you stay this hotel then it is good experience

Hotel was shabby and not at all maintained. Staff was good but still stay was not comfortable.

It was an average stay. The staff was good but the facilities weren't up to the mark. The food was nice and overall it was pleasant

Room clean tha. Washroom is also cleaned and staff is very polite. Location is also good. Room service is also good and on time.

Very bed services i am not happy this hotel breakfast is very bad and limited option offer by hotel i took high rang room but room is very small and fridge is out of service only show in this room

Food quality was good..amenties and services was average, location is nearby prayagraj railway station.

Pathetic service refuse to serve egg in complimentary breakfast refuse to serve tandoori roti as they claim that they will not run the hotel at a loss since there are no guests and it requires more staff to run the tandoor. Cleaning not upto the mark wifi not working and taps leaking in both rooms in which i stayed 205 and 206. Pathetic attitude and behaviour of staff. Mineral water bottle not given as complimentary only ro water given in jug. Breakfast and dinner was below average. Mosquitoes, cockroaches, ants and other insects in both rooms. This hotel needs to shut down permanently

Property location is good. Foods are average. Services is good. Amenities are average. Charging for complimentary drinking water.
