It was a very useless experience. I had bookings in this hotel. I had booked 2 rooms for my family. My check-in date was next day morning at 5:00 am. I was travel-ling from agra and was very tired. When we reached there, the staff was very rude. They told us that you park your car at the station and why don't you show it to me? i have parked it in front of the hotel. Then i made my family stand on the road and went to park there on the road. They did not let the car park for 2 minutes. Then my room was very useless, it was completely dirty, as if it had not been cleaned, the bedsheets were dirty. We were comfortable staying in that room also but we were tired, so we only we freshened up because there was no bed suitable to sleep and there was neither towel nor soap shampoo in the bathroom, then we bought things from outside and freshened up and after 2 hours we left the hotel, we requested them to keep our luggage in the room, we returned at 2 o'clock when the hotel people took 2000 rupees from us saying that we had made the booking , we did not save anything in that, if you had done direct booking then we would have kept your luggage and then they took 2000 from us and the behavior of the hotel people was very useless. I would suggest that you should never stay here, they cheat, useless staff, useless hotel

I have stayed for 2 nights and my overall experience was good. Pros- 1. Hotel ambiance was aesthetic and good- the lobby and the room. 2. Comfortable bed, pillows & cushions. 3. Nearby to station and chawk. 4. Functional amenities- lift, wifi, geyser, faucets, lights, ac although television wasn't but after highlighting it to staff they made changes. 5. Closet to make every arrangement for your apparel and secret locker which can be used to keep expensive stuff. (card keys are used to unlock doors) solo, couple & family friendly- lobby and balcony space to chill, worth the price to stay. Cons-
1. I was provided with a room next to the reception ( i tried to change it twice but the reception staff didn't) which i felt was not appreciated as there was other rooms with chair which was missing from my room. 2. If you are thinking to early check in then you need to pay a price even if you will check out early. 3. You need to enquirer about everything related to food, wifi, water, towel then things will be taken into action. 4. Bedsheet & blanket seems to be used which i had to brought it to the notice afterwards which was replaced (polite staff who changed the covers. I know most of us think twice even more than that to book a hotel when it comes to a place you know anything about but trust me it was indeed a good choice overall.

Overall experience was average. Bedsheets and blanket were little bit dirty. Staff was quite good. The environment was quite comfortable. You can prefer it as location is good. All the necessary foods are available near by it.

The stay was calm but the utilities were too messy and the condition of bed sheets was pathetic. Could improve the service.
