Hotel is outdated. Front Desk Agent could use some Customer Service training-very dry and unapproachable. The hotel is huge so get ready to do a lot of walking.
Bathroom fan was loud and the room only had a coffee maker sitting on top of a mini fridge.
I will say the Restaurant is excellent. Complimentary breakfast is good. Coffee- not so much.

整體環境比較老，牆上掛有很多汽車照片，餐廳門口那個精靈還是什麼有點creepy。交通滿便利的，離福特村很近，可惜這次我沒有很多時間去福特村

入住一週感覺服務很周到。前台大媽很甜，服務態度很好。酒店歷史悠久，有點歷史的感覺。房間比較多，有不太好找房間。

位置很好 離底特律機場很近 就在高速出口邊上 有洗衣房和健身房 最棒的早餐 餐廳環境很好 早餐很豐富。

1st night we had kids screaming and yelling up and down the halways from 245 am to 4am. Rooms by us smelt like **** , people were either waping or smoking all day long. At one poijt people were screaming in the room next to us. I spoke with front desk they didnt care.
On the 2nd night our kids got kicked out of the hot tub area beacsue of a rude maintance man. Who said he got a complaint. That the kids could now no longer be in the hot tub. But on the 1st night we were told it was ok to be in the hot tub just not the sauna. So thats what our kids did. Again the front desk did not care when i tried to talk with them about it. I would not stay there with children again.

The front desk lady assumed the joke between me & my boyfriend was towards her accused him of yelling at her made us uncomfortable because we wasnt even loud....bed wasnt so comfy

Never made it past the front desk. There’s a sign saying they don’t accept chime, but chime was accepted for the room payment, just not the incidental credit card. This should be noted before booking.
