I have revisited this hotel again after 4 years. Unfortunately the hotel has provided me with a room on the 1st floor which has a limited view, the reason given was fully occupied.
The cleanest of the room wasn't as satisfying, we found hair inside the bathtub. Besides that, the toilet bowl was stuck. Anyway, the house keepers came to the room to solve the problems right away.
The air-conditioning system will be cut off at 20°C, the hotel maintenance guy advised me to set it as 0°C, then it will be on all the time. We have suffered cold conditions in the middle of the night, we have no way to adjust to 20°C.
The breakfast was so so, the foods wasn't sufficient if you come down to restaurant late, as no refill food available.
Furthermore, outside food is not allowed has created inconvenient to the guest.

The room is below expectations. It seems like uncomfortable with the room ambiance feels like old abandoned apartment. The room wallpaper got tear out here and there. Plus, the room even don’t has a day curtain and the window is not tinted at all. So it see through from the outside. The toilet has unpleasant odour with some of the part tiles in the toilet is dirty. But the room has been provided with good amenities and upgrade technology. I believe previously this is one of a good 5-stars hotel.. but now, i think the room has been lack of maintenance. The breakfast buffet seems like 3-stars hotel breakfast only. The foods are ok..

Very commend this hotel to everyone! The amenities is top notch! The room are spacious and clean definitely will stay again at this hotel!

The water is yellowish and not hot when I turned on the water heater. The toilet and bathtub were very dirty. The bedsheet also got yellowish stain. I changed to the another room after making complaints about that but the problem were still the same. Will not visit again. Please improve on cleanliness

The floor was sticky. The bathroom wall was clear glass. You can see-through. They provided blinds but it was not properly positioned. Not suitable if you come with family or friends.
How ever the room was spacious & the bed was clean & comfortable to sleep in.
