1st: First in my life stay in the hotel not allow bring outside food . Refer photo 1 &2 . 2nd : i stay in junior suite but not as i understand about Junior suite. 3,4 . 3rd : everything is charge including mineral water Refer photo 5 .parking lot difficult to get. Other than that its suitable for 3* hotel not 4* . Without amenities like swimming pool and other activities. Service & cleanliness ok.

Near to Aman central shopping mall, Private hospital,food stall, restaurant and cafe.
The amenities is top notch!
I would consider to come again for next trip.

Before I check in here, I already read all bad review about this hotel. Make me really worried to book this hotel. Because here at Kedah have really limited hotel so I decided to try book this hotel and surprisedly this hotel not soo bad. When i check in staff really friendly and help us with all our bag that nice. No outside food allowed then we decided to have in room meal. That meal not really expensive and soo delicious too. Just disappointed me, our bathtub can't use. Other than that, we really happy stay here.

I have revisited this hotel again after 4 years. Unfortunately the hotel has provided me with a room on the 1st floor which has a limited view, the reason given was fully occupied.
The cleanest of the room wasn't as satisfying, we found hair inside the bathtub. Besides that, the toilet bowl was stuck. Anyway, the house keepers came to the room to solve the problems right away.
The air-conditioning system will be cut off at 20°C, the hotel maintenance guy advised me to set it as 0°C, then it will be on all the time. We have suffered cold conditions in the middle of the night, we have no way to adjust to 20°C.
The breakfast was so so, the foods wasn't sufficient if you come down to restaurant late, as no refill food available.
Furthermore, outside food is not allowed has created inconvenient to the guest.

The room is below expectations. It seems like uncomfortable with the room ambiance feels like old abandoned apar**ent. The room wallpaper got tear out here and there. Plus, the room even don’t has a day curtain and the window is not tinted at all. So it see through from the outside. The toilet has unpleasant odour with some of the part tiles in the toilet is dirty. But the room has been provided with good amenities and upgrade technology. I believe previously this is one of a good 5-stars hotel.. but now, i think the room has been lack of maintenance. The breakfast buffet seems like 3-stars hotel breakfast only. The foods are ok..
