The hotel just near to the stadium area, located strategically for food attraction.. Old room, standard facilities. The crews are the best, still can't beat Taiping warm hearted services.. 3 stars... Since the reopening of travel, the price also at high stake. The buffet a bit bad and the food is not so great. But its OK lahh..

This is one of the oldest hotel chain in Malaysia since 1995 if not mistaken, great locations at many major cities and places in Malaysia. Staff is working hard to please guests that’s encouraging indeed. However the only let down of this hotel is the facilities and amenities are not been replaced as owners seemed not interested in refurbishment. This is very sad for me as I do enjoy to stay at Sri Malaysia hotel chain, great location, ample parking space, but the run down facilities indeed a let down. Even breakfast spread is the same over the years, such a low end budget hotel. Hope the owners of this hotel invest and reinvest if not this remarkable hotel chain will slowly wipe out from the Malaysia tourism industry map.

Disappointed with staff attitude through phone conversation and physical. It looks like they are trying just to finish their job. Not suggesting this hotel. Breakfast spread quite ok.

Maybe the management can tackle the issue on toilet cleanliness. Other than that, all are fine and worth the price I paid. Will not hesitate to stay there in the future again.

It's a great location, clean and sorted . staff was very supportive especially at front desk . Amazing housekeeping service specially. F&B depar**ent is also great F&B Manager and all staff.
