I stayed here with my family of two adults and two children (aged 7 and 9 years) in September 2024 in a suite. Where to start! The room - really three rooms (open-plan adjoining bedrooms plus bathroom and entry hall) - was EXTREMELY spacious, with the children having their own space with two single beds. The views are extraordinarily beautiful, over vinyards. The hotel is contained within an old French villa in a gorgeous historical township. My eyes can barely believe how beautiful everything is! In the suite there is a small fridge, table and chairs, fire place, office desk, luggage rack, two walk in robes (just big enough for clothing for family of four), newly-renovated bathroom and oh ... did I mention stunning views out of every window or glass door!? There is a pool which was a little bit cool for our kids, but we were able to engage them by putting a hot shower into the water (sorry to the hotel about this but we got a bit desperate as they had their heart set on swimming!). In the off season the demographic seems to be older Americans, but we were certainly made to feel welcome, and the hotel surprised us with a beautiful kid-friendly breakfast including the Nestle equivalent of Coco-pops, croissants, nutella toast, fruit and orange juice. They are definitely well set up for slightly older kids - I'm not too sure if I would bring a baby here, as I don't think the hotel is all that pram-friendly. However, I am sure a baby would be made to feel welcome! The wifi is of a good speed. A laundry service is provided. There are no kitchenette or catering facilities in the room, and the restaurant is not open at night, meaning you will need to go out (I highly recommend making bookings in advance! I saw so many people turned away from our restaurant last night). I think it would be tricky to stay at this hotel and have a good time if you didn't have a car. I could be wrong but that's just my opinion. I would recommend getting a rental car if you want to stay here, because the hotel is not walking distance to any restaurants or shops. If not able to rent a car, I would recommend central Beaune or Dijon :) I hope this review helps you.
