Tuntas Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

Nie zapomnij być w hotelu w porze śniadania, nawet jeśli godzina zameldowania to 14:00, opcja All Inclusive rozpoczyna się w porze śniadania. Wiedz, że po godzinie 12:00 w momencie wymeldowania nie ma nic.

Posiłki są okropne. Tyle złego jedzenia można zrobić. Basen jest bardzo mały i bezużyteczny. Plastikowe leżaki nad morzem są brudne, a większość z nich jest zepsuta. Na leżakach nie ma poduszek. Zapytam, gdzie znalazłeś kelnerów. Dużo ich szukałeś? Chcesz czegoś, odpowiedź brzmi „haa”. Taki źle zarządzany hotel. Kierownik hotelu jest nieobecny.

Wszystko było dobrze. Nadaje się do trzygwiazdkowego hotelu, podobało nam się. Przyjdę znowu. Obok brzegu morza. Restauracja jest ładna. Jednak mimo, że był to sezon podczas naszych tygodniowych wakacji, melon ani arbuz się nie pojawił. Proszę zwrócić uwagę na takie rzeczy.

Zatrzymaliśmy się na 3 noce, mieli tak okropne łóżka, że byliśmy zdruzgotani bólem pleców. Nie rozumiem, jak mogą obsługiwać tak zużyte łóżka. jedzenie było okropne, pracują z szefami kuchni, którzy nawet sprawiają, że makaron jest zły, przeżyliśmy na owocach. Plaża i morze były całkiem piękne, a personel sprzątający był jedynym, który najwyraźniej kochał swoją pracę. Czy pójdę jeszcze raz do tej samej placówki? niemożliwe.

Mieliśmy rezerwację na pokój z widokiem na ląd, ale dali nam pokój z częściowym widokiem na morze. Podbili nasze serca od razu jak weszliśmy ☺️ w koncepcji all inclusive, jedzenie było wystarczające, a mięso pyszne. Jeśli chodzi o alkohol to piwo było przeciętne, pozostałe udane. Jedynym problemem hotelu Beli może być higiena. Pokoje możliwie czyste, jednak czystość szklanek i sztućców pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Jeśli jesteś bardzo skrupulatny lub przeszkadza Ci ta sytuacja, radzę Ci tego nie wybierać. Lokalizacja jest idealna. Leżaki są wystarczające. Pracownicy są przyjaźni i troskliwi. W piątkowy wieczór wystąpił zespół pszczół, dzięki któremu miło spędziliśmy wieczór, chciałbym im podziękować. Największym problemem hotelu i myślę, że jedynym problemem w skali cenowej jest winda. Jest tylko jedna winda. Hotel ma 5 pięter. Mieszkaliśmy na 5. piętrze, sytuacja z windą bardzo nam to utrudniała. W pobliżu centrum Altinkum można wybrać się na wieczorne spacery. W pobliżu znajdują się również kluby nocne i kluby. Morze jest płytkie i ciepłe, ale miłośnicy zimnych i głębokich wód powinni wziąć to pod uwagę.

W porze posiłków ustawiają się długie kolejki. Personel nie nadąża za obsługą, jest to kłopotliwa sytuacja zarówno dla personelu, jak i gości.

I arrived at the hotel and was greeted by a very nice (at the time) young bell boy called Hassan. He took my case to my room and I tipped him 200 TL. During the next 2 weeks he didn't even look me in the eye and was extremely arrogant and rude, I assume due to my sexuality. The place would be better off without him in my opinion, and the opinion of quite a few of the other guests I was staying along side. The Pool Bar staff were all absolutely fantastic , in particular Metin, Resul, Burak, Mehmet, Agit, Berkcant, and anyone else I've forgotten the names off. They were very welcoming, fun, up for a laugh and very caring and attentive. I can not fault them at all. The restaurant and reception staff rarely spoke and seemed disinterested in the guests. The night porter was extremely friendly and always warm and welcoming. The food was very boring and bland and tasteless , I found myself going out to the local bars and restaurants for my meals as I could not bare the food. Watery dry meat type casseroles, luke warm wedges, pasta, and lots of cold meats and salads, very little to eat and enjoy but the local bars and restaurants do a fabulous meal at a fantastic price. The room was okay, a tiny balcony with a couple of chairs, I over looked the back of the hotel, some bins and a dirt track with a load of vehicles parked. The fridge was too loud that i had to un plug it. The shower was okay but with little pressure, the cleaning staff were fantastic in keeping it clean. Very hard mattresses, although very clean bedding. I would not stay here again, and I certainly wouldn't give it a 3 star rating. Spend a little extra and stay at the City Point luxury hotel or another local one and receive better food and service.

This hotel is more for Turkish people the food and entertainment all Turkish. The food was very poor cold and the same every day .After 2 days just went out to eat .we paid for Seaview but the room was very small. Oh and the smell from toilets is bad

This hotel is in a great location right on the beach and a nice walk (10 mins) into Altinkum. Lots of bars, shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Water toys and rides available at an extra cost too. The hotel was very clean. Reception area large with lots of seating. There is wheelchair access via a steep ramp and a small lift inside. However the lift doesn't go to all floors and if you are in reception you would need to go up or down a flight of stairs to access it. It also broke down a couple of times. Corridors to rooms are dated and had stains on carpets but in general were clean. The rooms are a great size with a balcony, be warned that some balconys do not have sea views or views of surrounding area, they actually look into an internal courtyard and at walls. My room had a partial sea view and a view of land full of trees. My room had a fridge, a Hairdryer that was adequate for my needs, a safe (lock I believe was available at an extra cost), extra pillows & blankets and lots of storage. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were fluffy and comfy. Top tip - to lock the door press the button in the middle of the inside door knob and pull the door closed. Took me 2 days to figure this out! The bathroom was quite modern with a very large walk in shower. The bathroom did smell slightly of drains but it wasn't bad enough for me to complain. The electricity couldn't cope with my Straighteners. They would turn on but then off a couple of seconds later. There is air con in the rooms and I wasn't charged extra for it. The WiFi was only available in reception and by the pool. However it wasn't available most mornings. The pool area was situated by the poorly stocked bar. There were no loungers around the pool just tables and chairs for drinkers which wasn't really conducive for swimming. However the beach is just a few steps away where there are lots of wooden sun loungers. Sadly no padding available to put on them and after a while they were uncomfortable. Several sun loungers were broken. Walking into the sea was uncomfortable without shoes on as there are lots of large pebbles. I also noticed a water outlet pipe, this wasn't a sewer but for surface water drainage. The sea was clear until it rained. For the next 3 days, due to the water run off from a down pour, the sea was cloudy. I went all inclusive. The cold buffet was the same everyday. The hot buffet consisted of 6 dishes and in general were chips, rice/bulgar, warm breads, pasta, chicken nuggets and a meat dish. Nothing was labelled. It did get a bit boring to be honest. None of the waiting staff appeared to speak English and couldn't answer my questions (eg what is the soup made from etc). The entertainment wasn't great and not enough room around the pool area for all guests to sit. As always in Turkey there are lots of stray cats and dogs. They weren't an issue and were friendly. I fed them everyday. Would I stay here again? Probably but not enough vegetarian food for
