No tv due to snow on dish for tv. How does a hotel have an issue with tv due to snow especially when the snow was only about an inch. Would look for a different service since this hotel is in the snow area.

The lady at the front desk Saturday night was very nice and welcoming. It was a great price for the stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet stay. We would stay there again.

Very nice lady checking guests in. I travel often and she was one of the best in awhile. Very polite conversation, fast check in, and helpful!

Rooms were nice and clean. Pool door, pool is way small and aged, along with around the pool.

After a slight issue in checking on, got to my room, which was quiet and clean.. felt very safe. Staff was kind. Breakfast was not great - very basic - as I am gluten free the only options were scrambled eggs (bagged liquid eggs that were massively undercooked), sausage links (that were cold) and hard boiled eggs (that were rubbery) would I stay here again? Yes ..beside the dismal breakfast the hotel is very good.

Nice location. When we entered the room, the heater was on full and it was 80 in there. We turned the air on and was rattling loudly. Luckily, it was cold out, so we could just leave it on fan and not have to listen to the rattling all night. They could have put more towels in the bathroom. Other than that, it was a nice overnighter, a good value.

********** was VERY unhelpful. I made a mistake when doing my search for a place to stay and entered the wrong date. ********** refused to make any adjustment, even though I contacted them immediately. The person (or bot, who knows?) blamed the hotel. However, I then contacted the hotel directly and Robin at the Comfort Inn was AMAZING! She was able to assist and get my room for the night using the same transaction. Going to be VERY careful (and skeptical, frankly) when using ********** from here on out. I fact, I may stop using it altogether. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED with the lack of willingness to help.
