We visited Ramada Neemrana during mid December. Stayed for 2 nights on 5th floor. Quality of Delux room room was good and one can have a very good view of the mountain and agricultural lands. Food is also not bad...we had bfast and dinner for 2 days. The initial experience was very good, however the last day bfast was a disaster. Seems the quality of food got compromised due to lack of boarder since it was a Monday morning and hence 3 persons in our group fell sick after consuming the Puri, Poha and Doughnuts....seems carry forward from old stock. Rest of the things were satisfactory including promptness and cleanliness. May be the management should pay attention to maintain the food quality irrespective of volume of guests.

Hotel is great .food was delicious 😋😋 especially buffet dinner .... Room was clean ... Especial thanks to reception team especially farha she is very helpful thanks all .. Ramada property sach a one of the best ... I visit once again definitely

My stay was very amazing with hotel Ramada neemrana staff are very good at behaviour specially Diya at front office she is very cooperative and service is also very good the food is also very good and tasty specially the paneer was too yummy and my stay was sooo nice and I enjoy alot in hotel Ramada neemrana I'm sure that I will go Ramada once again in very soon time and now i will come with my family and my child I hope they also enjoy very much there and otherwise Ramada neemrana must visit there..

feedback of the hotel which was very unpleasant and unwelcoming for us and my family. I will point out each aspect of disappointment I had with hotel. 1. As earlier informed we were given room 501 & 502, where AC was not working at all. We were sweating. Finally after a lot of speaking with your reception team, we changed our rooms to 325 & 329. 2. In 325 - my parents were staying and the WC flush was not working, after numerous complaints they rectified the issue on the day of checkout. 3. In 329 - the wooden floor plank was fixed with nail, where nail was out and not properly fixed and my foot got hurt. 4. Your pool was dirty, not clean at all, people were swimming and I went and came out, but your attended didn’t even clean despite standing there and watching people how they are enjoying. 5. Restaurants - as if I was in food court and waiting for my table to get empty, post that even we had to tell them to please clear and clean it enabling us to start our meal with new cutlery. 6. Food - we opted for Lunch buffet, only one non veg dish - which was chicken gravy, was empty most of the times, when they refilled, chicken was not even cooked properly, we informed the chef also. We ordered pizza through in room dining, the pizza base was uncooked. I thought I’m eating raw pizza. 7. AC’s were tripping entire night creating no sound sleep.

Perfect stay at Ramada neemrana We enjoy our stay Subash kasana duty manager managed it perfectly Our family enjoyed pool and entertainment zone with food and swimming pool. Must visit for all the new visitors Vaishali and subhash kasana cooperated alot 🙌
