Great service, good food. We needed an extra bed for baby and was given for free. No complaints. Good location too

So we booked the hotel for 2 days, and reached at midnight. Hotel rooms are very spacious, restaurant food is very tasty, railway station and ksrtc bus stop are near. Hotel staff is very courteous. If you are traveling to/from airport there is a feeder bus service from aluva metro station every 30 mins, rs 60 per person. I would say flora charishma residency is one of the best hotels in aluva area.

If you are coming to aluva for leisure or business, this is an excellent hotel very close to aluva railway station. Rooms are large and very neat and clean. Staff is courteous. Restaurant serves very good food

Stayed at the suite room here and everything impressed me including the cleanliness, pricing and parking. We had occupied three rooms as family and friends and ate from the restaurant. Excellent place to stay.

Overall impression is “WOW” that comes from their well trained staff of F&B, Housekeeping & front office . We never expected we would be pampered so much, initially we thought it’s a long vacation but didn’t realise how days passed. I would love to mention names of the staff who who added cherry on the cake, Nitheesh very attentive and friendly, smile and talk is enough for you to make you sit where ever he is serving in the restaurant. Chef’s will accommodate any special requirements. Housekeeping was exceptional, likewise Reception team every knowledge about the sightseeing, recommendation of place as well arranging transportation. Everyone makes you comfortable in this hotel. Must saty Hotel, I’ll be definitely back. Staff are their asset !! Well done

Good service The stay was comfortable . Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The metro station is some 500m away. The overall service and fast wifi was extremely appreciated .........overall a good place to stay

A excellent place to stay. Mr. Jeswin and other staffs were very helpful. This place is very neat and clean. Food served was also very tasty. I enjoyed staying at Flora Charishma Residency. Thank you .

Spacious room, good house keeping service, friendly staff, and good breakfast spread. The restaurant served good meals for lunch and dinner and the service is great. Overall very satisfied. Will stay in the hotel again.
