Best Western Santa Fe

Great place to stay. Full hot breakfast and very comfortable room. The only knock on the place is Dish Network for TV service and even that wasn't bad.

The hotel is so clean and updated on the inside. The staff was so so friendly and very accommodating. Staff always spoke when you seen them in the hall or in passing. The breakfast lady was so friendly and loved her stories. The only negative comment is that the smoke alarm kept chirping and staff was defiantly aware of it. Woke me up a few times. Other than that it was a great experience all around....

Very clean which is most important. Tub didn’t drain very well so you were standing in water during your shower. Beds were very comfortable

What a nice, CLEAN room, lobby & easy access from your car to unload into the hallway ! ( locked at night of course) . So nice to have clean carpet TOO !! My socks were clean after walking on the carpet !! :))))

My stay at this hotel was excellent!! Everything from the customer service to the cleanliness of the rooms deserves a 💯

The check in clerk was so nice to change my room to the ground floor so I didn't have to lug my bags up stairs.And being a senior I appreciated that.

The property was nice. Who ever installed the shower soaps should have picked the front or back walls not the middle. The curtain and space it takes up is not desirable.

Great for our one night stay. Super friendly staff, great location, clean rooms and large breakfast selection in the morning. Perfect for our needs.

Overall, it was a nice stay. My daughter was very pleasantly with the cleanliness and how nice the rooms were and everyone was so nice and my two granddaughters absolutely loved the Texas shape, waffles and all the toppings to go on it the continental breakfast was very nice a lot nicer than other that I have experienced and will stay there again. We make a couple of times a year trips to Texas and we always stop in Amarillo and the best western now will be our new resting spot between the trips.
