I was traveling through Amarillo on my way home. I had my dog with me. I had stayed at another hotel in town that charged me $75 pet cleaning charge. Decided on Holiday Inn Express. Good Decision!!

Check-in was very fast, got a very quiet room. The bedroom was super clean, beds very comfortable, pool & hot-tub very convenient, all the common areas are in excellent condition and really clean. Very attentive and welcoming people at the front desk. Winter storm made us stay a second night, so we got to really relax and enjoy their amenities. Breakfast is ok, nothing fancy but is not expected

Holiday Inn never disappoints. It is a nice, clean and quiet place to rest up before continuing a journey. It may be a few dollars more than other hotels, but it is definitely worth it.

Clean, relatively new property. Nice rooms with good appoin**ents. Lots of room inside the room. Bathroom was clean, good water pressure. Friendly staff, nice breakfast. We would book this again if we come through Amarillo!

From the time we got there until the time we left everything was great! I wish I could remember the name of the girl at the front desk when we arrived but she was excellent!! I forgot the mini bassinet for the baby, I called and asked if they happen to have a play pen and she said they had a crib!! LIFE SAVER! Brought it to the room showed me how to set it up!

Great hotel and safe location. I didn’t feel uneasy at all when we got in at midnight being in an unfamiliar place. Check in was less than 5 minutes and their incidentals hold is only 20. Clean, friendly, large room, couldn’t hear our neighbors.
