Batra palace is the worst choice for hotel and do not book any rooms here it's all dusty and uncleaned and the taps or water doesn't work

The property is not looked after at all. The towels had baby cockroaches on it and when i got new towels it had spiders. The room was dusty all around and the pillows were filthy and the bed has no springs which will hurt your back. It is also located in between a fruit market and there is a lot of nuisance in the area. Very unsafe and very unhygienic.

There is a smell in room and no exhaust fan is present in bathroom. Ventilation is poor in the room kindly improve.

Location is excellent next to railway station and the staffs were very cooperative. Tariff is reasonable. But requires huge maintainance

Slow responsive room service. Has good bar. Bed and bedsheets are ok. Rooms are large but electric switches were not properly working.
