Location,suite size, price, stuft,housekeeping team, and breakfast are very good. The suite has everything you need but the living area has scraps sofa and chairs (not only too sagging but you feel the wood when you sit on it ) when I complained about that they offered me to change the suit but they said all rooms like this . One more disadvantage is the shower pressure is weak. Bery helpfull stuff but bad management.

The Location was good , The property is a bit old and not so clean…it’s ok to stay for a day but not more…

The bed was too stiff and not a king size even though it looked like it was in the “deluxe” pictures. It fits almost a person and a child in size. The kitchen was a disappoin**ent because it had nothing in it. And then when we asked for kitchen supplies they gave us few stuff. Not what you expect when you pay for a deluxe room price

The room was nice, quiet and clean and the breakfast a good local buffet. The staff was kind and very helpful.

Not really 4 stars, but didn’t want to give only 3. Mixed feelings about this accom. We had the Family Suite for 3 nights. Main bedroom is a little small. Not a lot of room for 2 x bags. Decent size bathroom for both main and ensuite. Beds were ok, a bit dated. The place was clean. Shower pressure good. Lounge has a small couch and some single chairs. Kitchenette is ok, but it’s missing pots & pans, so you can’t use the stove. Very minimal cutlery. 1 x spoon, fork and a few knives. This may have been corrected if we asked but we didn’t bother. Disappointing. A family suite with a kitchenette should come with enough cutlery and pots and pans already. My main issue was the lack of a washing machine which was originally advertised to the best of my knowledge as it was the reason I booked. Now it says “laundry facilities”. Even if I made an error, “laundry facilities” is the hotel charging you to do the washing for an ridiculous amount of $$. So buyer beware. Breakfast was fine. Nothing fancy. Eggs cooked to taste. The hotel is clean. It’s well priced. Staff are very helpful. Small Mini mart close by. A big Safeway mart is a 10 min walk. A few restaurants up the road and an A** around the corner. As a side note, if you need transport - Airport pickups, city tours, transport to Dead Sea, Petra etc… I can highly recommend localtrips.net I found them online and they were great. No issues. Great service!

The room was clean and well organized with a small kitchen. Close to supermarket 4min walking distance. Staff were good helpful and they were educated. Good price too with breakfast every morning.

We were at Viola for 10 nights. The aircon stopped working nearly every day - generally restarted by opening and closing the window (no idea why that worked) Breakfast was good from a local viewpoint, but the lack of cereal was missed by us Westerners. The room keys also stopped working daily and had to be replaced daily. The free bottles of water each day were much appreciated.
