This hotel shouldn’t be under Four seasons Flag ,it is just 4 hotel .Breakfast sucks and service sucks for most of the time .
If you expect Four seasons Level ,you will definitely be disappointed !
Do not think of going to spa or facilities because you will see mold on the columns .

在瑞吉、麗思卡爾頓及四季之間選擇了四季，其中一個原因是停車方便，有泳池。前台服務尚好，不知道是他的英語不標準還是我們的英語太差，反正沒聽懂多少，但不影響入住。
設施：攜程標準。安曼唯一的鉑金酒店，設施肯定不錯，保養的也很好。床很舒服，雖然很軟，但解乏。被子、枕頭接觸皮膚的感受也很舒服。但是床單有破洞，這樣還不更換嗎？！睡衣的材質差，手感過於僵硬。
衞生：表面做的不錯，但細節不行。刷牙杯底部的污漬相當明顯，是沒有看到嗎？這不是四季的水準。
環境：對面是麗思卡爾頓，樓下主幹道，有一點吵。
服務：這個價格的服務如果不好，那就太對不起四季四季這倆字兒了。早餐種類不多，但食材和出品還是有質量的。歡迎甜品是個亮點，本地特色。

The stay I had at the four seasons was beyond my expectations. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating, I soon felt right at home. The facilities were excellent in all capacities but the spa and pools were just what I needed after a long day. I would definitely return again for a holiday!

Great experience! Food was very good. But what made our experience a lot better was Omar, he was with us the whole time and always had a very good, positive and respectful attitude. Thank you to Omar and the whole team. Wonderful experience..

Omar is the best guys ever, very kind, great recommendations, super funny. Steak was amazing Great service The sides on steak were great Pizza was good, pasta was great They got us extra cheese Free dessert the manager was great Honestly wow

The check-in process was so easy , I checked in earlier and did not mind the room was perfect and clean. the breakfast experience was excellent with friendly Abby, Rechel,Haroon,Khadeja . Amer who provided exceptional service. I recently had the pleasure of staying thier for one week with my daughter and it was an experience to remember. From the moment I arrived, the exceptional service began. I was warmly greeted by the front desk, who made me feel like a valued guest. The room was spacious and the on-site spa offers a range of treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated. I also took advantage of the fitness which was perfect

Yesterday it was a family member’s wedding and the food and service was absolutely perfect. Special thanks to the Fadi and Basheer in the food and Beverage (Catering department) who made our experience superb and catered well to an allergy request. Beautiful night, beautiful food, beautiful hospitality.

We had pre-ordered the afternoon tea towers, unfortunately they have changed it to a very cheap and tasteless snacks. I was the one who suggested going and I was very embarrassed and disappointed. I do not encourage anyone to order as it does not worth it.

This is the best hotel all around we have stayed in! The Foyer dining and staff were amazing - Ahmad and Suzy were wonderful! Also, the bar with sports tvs and cigars was so relaxing. Raneen and Mira were always checking on us and emptying ashtrays and providing us more drinks. They were lovely and made us feel like at home. The linens and executive suite were also top notch! One of the best sleeps we have had while traveling. Upon leaving I accidentally left a bag behind and took elevator back to room, but Moayed from housekeeping had already brought it down to reception for me. We will always stay at this wonderful and hospitable hotel. The entire staff was amazing!
