St Regis is one of the best hotels in Amman , very clean and very modern , food was super good

令人失望的住宿
酒店內的公共設施很完美，但其他方面有很多問題。
房間
1）床過分的軟，躺在床上整個人都是陷下去的。
2）空調温度調到最高（28度）都還是很冷，關掉空調房間會很熱。
3）洗澡水轉到最高都不是很熱。
4）浴缸沒清洗乾淨，放水後可以看到水上還飄着一層油。
服務差。
1）打電話要洗漱用品，等了20分鐘都沒送到。
2）早餐餐廳的服務員對客人愛理不理，坐下來五分鐘，好幾個服務員走過也對視了，但沒有一個人過來問需不需要水，要不要下單。
早餐的選擇非常侷限，而且還不好吃。

We had an amazing stay at the St. Regis Amman. The room was nicely appointed and comfortable. The bathroom was very luxe! I appreciated the separate toilet as well. The staff were so friendly and helpful! Special recognition goes out to Olga and Lina who helped recover a jacket I left behind! We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet! The pastries were divine, as were the cheeses and yoghurt bar. My husband loved the omelette and Jordanian breakfast!

We stayed three nights and feel the service was above and beyond, breakfast was very good with a great selection. The room was big with a big bathroom .. great shower and big bath tub which we did not use not looked wonderful. good security as your key only works on your floor . If in Ammon would staythere again.

We were quite disappointed with our 10-day stay last summer. Positives: newer and pretty property, spacious rooms (which lack even a couch to sit in so had to sit in desk chair or on bed!), pool, that's about it for the positives. Negatives: food is beyond terrible (especially breakfast), not much of a lobby to speak of, rooms although spacious are not up to par with other St Regis properties, staff is always overwhelmed. We had to wait until 7pm to be checked into our rooms with the wrong bed size and had to change rooms the following day! Instead of being given connecting rooms with our kids' room, we were placed in 2 rooms on separate floors for 10 days!! All we were offered were useless apologies. Breakfast was a disaster (how can boiled eggs yellow be served green, yuk), freshly baked breads are hard and flaky.... Long story short, there are plenty of hotel choices in Amman, a fact which I hope management takes note of and not only capitalize on being the newest hotel in Amman as that is not sufficient. Good luck.

This is a wonderful hotel in Amman, we stay there for several nights during our recent trip to Jordan. The staff there was wonderful and really made our stay special, we were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary on this trip. They upgraded us to an amazing suite. We needed to leave for a couple of days to join a tour group, when we returned 3 days later, the hotel put us back into the same level of suite for the rest of our stay. Make sure you try the roof top bar/restaurant! Wonderful staff, food and drinks! Our only complaint is the wait staff in the breakfast area were not friendly at all.....sometimes even rude. Fortunately everyone else at the hotel was completely different, very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the St Regis our last night after a 2 week trip through Egypt and Jordan. I travelled with my 18 yo daughter. This hotel was just what we needed after 2 long weeks of mostly average-substandard hotels. We booked massages at the spa and enjoyed room service. The hotel property and rooms are lovely. Staff is excellent. Our spa treatments were great. Only downside - daughter wanted to swim but pool wasn’t heated. Wish we could have stayed longer.

As a frequent traveler and experienced hotel-goer, I have only high praise to describe my stay at the St Regis Amman. From the moment I booked my stay until I left the property, the entire staff was extremely welcoming, respectful, helpful, and detail-oriented. Some of the lovely people I interacted with include Mr Anas (concierge service), Mr Mohammad and Ms Joud (reception), Ms Adeline (housekeeping), Mr Mazen (Zenith lounge), and the upbeat lunch staff of the Segreta restaurant (Chef Tamara's salmone scottato is a must-try!). Each staff member was of the utmost professionalism, reflecting the highest of standards in Arab hospitality. As for the establishment itself, in addition to its convenient downtown location, its interior decor is a balanced blend of eastern and western influences that create a high-end, intimate atmosphere. The room was very clean, comfortable and sound-proof! I also had the pleasure of attending a wedding celebration at the enchanting Astor ballroom. The event was beautifully organized and catered in-house, with a generous and varied buffet selection. In short, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and I will definitely be headed back to the St Regis on my next trip to Amman!
