Hotel La Fayette is a really nice place to stay, but if you are travelling by bus/metro/train, this place can be a rough choice (1h from Naple Central by metro and a bus that doesnt pass often and ticket are difficult to find). Otherwise, we really liked the place for its confort, restaurant around and we still managed to travel to the city. The staff is really friendly but doesnt really talk english (with google traduction we had no problem, they are patient and kind). Overall, we had a great a time.

The consierge lost my drivers license that I had to give up to get key to the room. After me confronting him about that he pretended he doesnt speak english. I have sent multiple messages to the hotel asking about the licence via ******* and their website. For none of them I got a respond. Besides that the amenities are extra charge. There is nothing around the hotel. People are generally mean and the breakfast was awful.

Hotel consigliatissimo, sono stata più volte in questa struttura e ogni volta ci torno con piacere grazie alla cordialità e simpatia del direttore e l’accoglienza fantastica di tutto lo staff che ti fa sentire a casa , ci soggiorno da anni ed è sempre una gran certezza

Siamo, stati io e mia moglie per la prima volta in questa struttura è ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo servizio reception efficientissimo,pulizia davvero ottima,e un ottima colazione in pratica lo consiglio a tutti rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente in linea

Proprietario ficcanaso e ubriacone...si prende la confidenza con i clienti e gli addetti alla reception sembrano salumiere più che lavorare in un hotel (senza offesa per i salumieri) Vergognatevi siete la vergogna di licola e cipressi.
