good service, the first time we entered there was no wifi, and we told them and they gave us another room but the room smelled of cigarettes. We complained again and they exchanged our room for a nicer and cleaner one, near the mall and many restaurant areas.good

Its good to be here again. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The convenience store and Qbistro below is a bonus while the price is cheap. Will come here again ofcourse.

Bedsheets not clean. Other than that everything seems ok. Near to ampang point, and surrounded by eateries. Overall not too bad.

It will be more convenient if the lift is from the ground floor tiss the reception..not to convenient for older people

The room was spacious and clean. Located right in front of Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital. Below was a restaurant. Parking is available by chance and a parking ticket can be purchased at convinient store nearby. The first floor has to climb the stair then,next to the lobby where you can use elevator services.
