Great hotel in a great location. 3 minute walk from Dam square, several attractions on the same road as the hotel, plenty of clothes shops etc. Can't fault the hotel, we booked the delux room. Cleaned daily and fresh towels daily. No tea or coffee machine in your room but there is one to the left of the reception desk. Heating is working in the rooms. Quiet location, the only noise we heard was people coming back and slamming their room doors but that was few and far between. Don't be put off by the negative reviews, me and my husband had a lovely 4 nights away and we will definitely be returning ☺️

Mouldy room, dirty toilet brush sticking out and white ‘stains’ over the curtains. Moved rooms after the 1st night, was better. Great location though.

Standard hotel but done the job. The beds were uncomfortable but I have a bad back anyway. No kettle or drinks in the room and my safe wouldn't work.
Watch out for young kids on the windows as there were no locks and they could quite easily fall out.
Apart from them, we were only staying 2 nights and it was a good location.

Showers don’t have any water stopper, so water will spill everywhere (probably causing mold). I was woken up by staff loudly banging on my door on two separate occasions - when I failed to open (as I was sleeping), they just kept banging on the door. Hotel should provide “do not disturb” door hangers.
I woke up with insect bites on my ear and jawline one morning - did not find bed bugs, but quite concerning nonetheless. It is very well located, and reasonably priced, but unfortunately lacks in cleanliness.

Room on sixth floor, top of the building. Nice, good shower, looks clean.
Woke up in the middle of the night when the fire alarm sounded, very scary! It only lasted a few seconds but didn't sleep very well. Bed was okay.

No heating in the entire property, ran out on electric heaters to offer us and refused to bring extra duvets to our rooms. Claimed it was on their website that they didn’t have heating for 4 months however this was a lie.

The room was quite modern and the location was great but what let us down was that there was no heating - which meant sleeping in jackets as well as pyjamas - they provided a space heater but it didn't help. Another thing was that there were only 2 channels on the TV but that was minor considering we were out walking about most of the time.

Location was very good, but to be honest, that was the only thing. Didn't really look like described on the pictures and felt like the walls were made of paper.
