Had a great time at the hotel. Our room was on the 5th floor and a it had a balcony attached, we enjoyed lattes sitting there in the early morning. The cafe next door is perfect for some quick coffee. The washroom was great as well (very big for european standards). Front desk was very kind and helpful in answering questions. If you have a hard time with the stairs in Amsterdam, you'll be thankful the hotel has a small lift 😅. Be mindful room space is tight, but worth it if you prefer having a larger washroom.

Ресепшен супер странный - после 14 часового перелета строго ждали чекина в 15:00 и ни минутой раньше, пришли в 14:53 и ждали ровно 7 минут смотря на работника отеля пока он просто стоял и смотрел в стену. Ну, это особенность голландии, зотя за 200 евро ночь в 3 звездах могли бы и постараться. Сам номер был не супер чистый особенно не понравились грязные шторы и декорации. Вместе с этим супер удобная кровать и расположение супер

酒店離阿姆斯特丹中央火車站幾百米很方便，酒店門口較小要仔細辨認，有電梯，我住的房間像閣樓，空間有限但也足夠了，找前台要了熱水壺，就是為了出遊方便才住這裏的，在阿姆斯特丹這個區域的酒店這個價格可以接受，在外出行方便安全最重要

Chosen for convenience to the main train station, The Exchange was clean and comfortable no-frills accommodation with creative touches. Staff were ok and helpful when I needed a phone charger due to no USB point in the room.
As it was a Sunday it was also quiet, but I imagine that's not the case on other nights, being on the main central street and from previous experience!

Great location Hotel -Very "weird" entrance to Hotel - Room was small and bed was wall to wall - so had to "climb" over the other person to get in / out - but the bed was soooo comfy and clean. All good

I’m not sure how this hotel is reviewed so good. To me it average at best. Nothing really wrong, but not great. The bed was comfortable, and that was about the only positive thing about the hotel. Besides that, it was one step up from a hostel in my opinion. But it worked for the night. Luckily I used my rewards cash on it, but besides the location, this hotel is definitely not worth the price

My third stay at this hotel. My third positive experience. This is an excellent quant hotel in a great neighbourhood. Five minutes to everything. Excellent linens.
Highly recommend.
