不建議訂城裡的酒店，遊客很多、很亂、街道很髒。酒店本體位置靠近火車站，裝修尚可。但小型酒店人手少，早餐是點餐式，人多餘三桌就要等半小時才能上菜，非常慢。這次去遇到熱水器壞了，兩天沒有洗澡熱水可用，入住時酒店方隱瞞上週就已沒有熱水的問題，客人們投訴後還各種藉口拖延隱瞞…….

O atendimento desse hotel é simplesmente maravilhoso. Os quartos incríveis. Tivemos um problema e perdemos o nosso voo de volta, o pessoal do hotel fez o possível e impossível e nos acomodou num quarto superior, com a mesma tarifa. Já

This was our first trip to Amsterdam. We arrived early and the staff all welcomed us with open arms making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. They suggested a wonderful restaurant for dinner and an evening cruise. Definitely the highlight of our trip and plan to stay again next time for sure!

Had a fabulous break here. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne. Wonderful room 412. Super bathroom and toiletries . Felt so relaxing. Fresh flowers in sitting room . Wonderful views over canal. Breakfast was excellent . Friends met us for drinks at the bar. Will definitely be returning.
