Perfect experience at this small, unpretentious hotel. Yes the rooms are small - it is clearly disclosed and advertised ; shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone. The rooms and hotels areas are spotlessly clean and modern. The hotel is nice and quiet. Staff was courteous and friendly throughout my stay.
Location is perfect . Right downtown to the side, and close to the train station.

i think size (or lack thereof) may just be an Amsterdam thing, but I was "upgraded" to a superior twin room after initially booking a basement room. The superior room was probably the size of two double beds in total. But then again, all I did was sleep in the room so not a massive deal. The location was great and breakfast was included. It was a very simple breakfast but very well presented and consisted of reasonably good quality products. the staff were very friendly and all in all a very pleasant 2-night stay

Lovely hotel in a great central location. Room was simple but clean and the beds very comfortable. Great self service breakfast with a wide range of food. Staff were helpful and friendly. A great base for exploring the city.

The photos of the rooms in the hotel are totally different than the rooms when you get there.
We paid for a superior room for 3 nights, photos looked good, room looked big however the room we were in was very small. Aparently there is only one superior room in the hotel. Maybe they should update their photos to show the truth because that was not what we paid for!
Breakfast was okay, however there was a few flies flying around the fruit which really should have been covered up!
We also had a nice view out the window right into a few other houses. Could see everything!
The staff were friendly enough. As we checked out early they made us a sandwich to take witu us.
All in all the hotel really needs updating, also the wobbly slabs when you go out to some of the rooms. Does for a couple of days, but wouldn't reccomend for longer

Very good location close to centraal station. I had a single room on the basement level, but it was a decent sized room, and the bathroom was also a good size. There was a free breakfast on offer which was nice. Will definitely stay again.

Room was basic and clean and did the job even though it was small. No ac but did have a fan. Tv didn’t work but we weren’t in our room to use it anyway. Breakfast was good and filling. Location was good for us. Amsterdam involves a lot of walking so wear appropriate shoes.

Great location, had a ground floor room which i asked for, a bit small, not a big deal. Breakfast was great, friendly staff would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel within short walk from central station and dam square. Reception staff were always friendly and helpful. Nice to have breakfast included, fairly basic breakfast but more than enough to start the day. Would stay again.
