The nhow Amsterdam RAI is located in the thriving business district of Zuidas in Amsterdam. Designed by leading architect Reinier de Graaf, the hotel is located next to the RAI Convention Center, with easy subway access to Amsterdam’s main attractions. The 24 floor hotel has 650 rooms, all with floor-to-ceiling windows and views across the city. The hotel’s 650 newly built rooms, inspired by the six cardinal faces of the hotel, are modern and light, with floor-to-ceiling windows. The pet-friendly rooms feature espresso coffee machines, flat-screen TVs, digital safes, a minibar, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The junior suites have Jacuzzis and the presidential suite on the 21st floor features a private conservatory. A buffet breakfast offering both continental and American options is served daily, with a bar on the first floor for relaxation. Guests can enjoy gourmet food in the 17th floor restaurant, complete with three terraces. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are available. The hotel offers comprehensive conference facilities, complete with audio-visual equipment, for up to 145 attendees. Guests are offered complimentary access to the fully equipped gym lounges. Clean room,interesting decor, friendly service and neat little touches like a self-service shop in the lobby. I really enjoyed my stay and think the location next to the metro is really convenient too.

It's a wonderful hotel with tidy rooms, pleasant views, and accommodating staff. The breakfasts are also enjoyable.

Fantastic hotel close to tram, metro and train station with easy and fast access to airport and city centre. Hotel is designed as modern and contemporary with bright artwork and garden designed restaurant and swanky cocktail bar.
Highlights- high floor premium room with a a view- stunning view across Amsterdam from every angle. Comfy bed and coffee machine and real milk in the fridge. Very comfy bed and luxurious toiletries.
Breakfast- amazing!! Prosecco or vodka Bloody Mary available too and made to order omelettes in addition to the high quality food on offer- bagel station, yogurts and cakes and desserts and waffle station. Alternative milk oat, almond, soya including in the coffee machine meaning dairy free latte and cappuccino.
Reception- staff friendly and helpful and free sweetie bar and coffee/tea/hot chocolate cart.
Restaurant beautiful design but you need to prebook.
Cons- free drink voucher in exchange for not having room cleaned caused issue as only 1 drink was free meaning others in same room had to pay!
One staff member in restaurant was very abrupt and rude when we bought wine to take to room and was told we Could not buy a glass of wine and reside to our room, had to drink at the bar!
Couldn’t get WiFi to work.

I would prefer to have a more wide view for the type of room i booked. Size could be a little better but ok. Breakfast is a MUST, omg, everything you can dream it is there! Fantastic, very good quality of food!! Worth wveey pwnny

Everything was perfect ! The hotel view is stunning and the building is so unique . You can enjoy the sunset from the windows and also a hot shower to their comfortable bathroom to relax ! Nothing less than the perfection ! Worth its money for sure ❤️🫶🏻
